XTM is an excellent product for standard projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very effective when handling standard projects. Support is generally responsive when issues arise. Company overall is becoming more customer focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is behind other CAT tools. Compatibility with MT and LLMs are behind competitors. Some tickets are opened for several months before they are resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's excellent at handling standard translation projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Great price/performance. Although quite expensive, gives great value for investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite advanced toole. takes some time to learn all the features.

Memory/ glossaey management. Cloud based CAT tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever-expanding API to automate workflows.
LSP integration.
Consistently helpful customer support.
Overall, an excellent translation management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor lacks the refinement or customizations options of other tools.
Same for the integrated terminology tool.
Overall, a good CAT tool, but with room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage translations for multiple products and document types in several languages.
We're able to automate continuously updating projects and provide our translators a clear task pool.
We're able to coordinate with LSPs with zero media breaks.

What do you like best about the product?
At the same time, I can assign a number of people to review the texts & layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Update the functions every month. It's too many to know what happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TM is always updated and overwrited. It seems benefits.
However, when another project got and applied updated TM, the translations got wrong due to the contexts.
So, go to Rep, and then she provided us to use the Tag setting.
Now we just get started the Tag setting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create a project with multiple languages to send to multiple linguists. I also really love the translation memory -- it saves us a lot of time and helps maintain accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sluggishness that happens on the public cloud, when it takes a regular or small project, hours to load is an issue that causes slow-ups in out process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
XTM helps us maintain our consistency with it's translation memory, and we are moving forward with increased machine translation, some via Intento, and XTM is helping us with that. They are also investigating areas of improvement since we will likely have an increased amount of throughput with MT projects. The platform really benefits us because we can have everything all in one place and the linguists can access everything easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The REST API and out-of-the-box connectors allow us to automate workflows. This combined with the workflow automation and QA checks allow us to localize hundreds of projects every week quickly and to good quality with low touch from our small localization team.
The XTM support team and account team are very fast to respond to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to find more advanced features and settings in the UI at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We couldn't operate to the level we do without XTM. The automation allows the localization team and the linguists to focus on the things that require human input and we don't need to waste valuable time on mundane, manual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
- XTM Cloud is easy to use system, since it is cloud based and doesn't need any installation
- System is easy for implementation
- IT has a good project management system
-Customer support team is easily approachable and very supportive.
- XTM workbench facilitates easy working for translation projects
- We at ACG use it regularly for all our translation projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It doesn't have powerful terminology management system
- It doesn't offer real time teaching of terminology during content writing like other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System helps us managing translation projects in much easier way. This saves time, and cost on repetative translation.

We are translating AEM content using the connector. By using the connector, the manual tasks that were previously required have been reduced.

It can process documents in large size.
Easy to edit.
It can remember previous translations.
It allows team work- translate the same file at the same time.
Customer support is always prompt.
Easy to upload files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not generate bilingual results.
It does not translate text on images, in pdf or jpg format.
Machine translation options are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It processes large files efficiently.
It can generate machine translation in minutes when people need to understand the context urgently.
