Seamless Oracle EBS SSO Integration with Helpful Support
Reviewed on Jun 24, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of miniOrange is how smoothly it integrated with our Oracle E-Business Suite environment. We were able to enable Single Sign-On using our existing identity provider without needing major changes to Oracle EBS. The setup process was straightforward, and both the documentation and the support team were helpful throughout the implementation. As a result, users now have a seamless login experience, while IT benefits from centralized authentication and stronger security controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial configuration required a solid understanding of Oracle EBS authentication flows, which could be challenging for teams without prior IAM experience. That said, the support team was responsive and guided us through the setup process. Since then, we haven’t encountered any major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we implemented miniOrange, users had to maintain separate credentials for Oracle EBS, which led to frequent password-related support tickets and a fragmented login experience. After enabling Single Sign-On, they can access Oracle EBS with their corporate credentials, reducing login friction and helping them stay productive. Centralized authentication has also strengthened security, simplified user management, and supported our efforts to align with access governance requirements.

Disappointing Support and Refund Experience
Reviewed on Jun 17, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best is that miniOrange offers a wide range of identity, access management, security, and integration-related solutions under one provider. The company appears to cover important business needs such as secure login, Single Sign On, authentication, and platform integrations, which can be valuable for businesses that need connected systems.
In my case, I did not use miniOrange specifically for Identity & Access Management; my experience was with the Product Sync for WooCommerce plugin. However, I can see the value of having security and integration tools available from one provider, especially for businesses using WordPress and WooCommerce.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked was the overall support and refund experience. Although my issue was not specifically with the Identity & Access Management product, my experience with miniOrange affected my confidence in the company’s service quality.
I had difficulty getting the Product Sync for WooCommerce plugin to work, and after requesting a refund, the process felt slow and rigid. I was later told that the refund could not be processed because of a 10-day policy. For a company offering business-critical tools such as identity, access management, secure login, and integrations, I would expect faster resolution, clearer support, and a more customer-focused approach when a paid product does not work as expected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miniOrange Identity & Access Management is designed to solve important problems such as secure user login, Single Sign On, authentication, access control, and managing how users connect to business systems.
In principle, this can benefit a business by improving security, reducing login friction, and making access to different platforms easier to manage. For companies using WordPress, WooCommerce, and other connected systems, these types of tools can help reduce manual work and create a more secure digital environment.
However, in my case, I did not directly benefit from miniOrange Identity & Access Management because my experience was with the Product Sync for WooCommerce plugin. Since that plugin did not work as expected for my business and the refund process was disappointing, I cannot say that miniOrange solved a problem for me personally.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of miniOrange Identity & access management is its ability to integrate seamlessly with Oracle E-business suite, which can be challenging to modernize for authentication. The Implementation progress was straightforward, and we were able to enable single sign-out without significant changes to our existing oracle EBS environment. The support team was also responsive during deployment
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall experience has been positive. While the initial configuration required some planning due to the complexity for our Oracle EBS environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oracle E-Business Suite does not natively support many modern authentication standards that our organization wanted to sue. miniOrange IAM helped us bridge that gap by enabling SSO and stronger authentication capabilities for our EBS environment, This improved the user login experience, reduced password-related issues, and simplified access management for our IT team

Reviewed on May 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
MiniOrange has an easy to configure connector for many legacy systems like oracle Apps and in-house apps that enables us to extend 550 support to our existing system which doesn't natively support these non standard apps
What do you dislike about the product?
It is set and forget, nothing to dislike besides maybe the slightly challenging implementation process but their support team handles everything so we aren't impacted by that to begin with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Existing IAM didn't support Legacy apps and miniorgange came in and federated identities for existing IAM

Reviewed on May 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The platform support multiple integrations which makes it easier to implement MFA across different systems. we use it for applications, VPB access, and network authentication. The authentication process is simple for employeees and works reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI works fine but it could be improved visually. sometimes navigating through settings takes time until you get used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us implement MFA across several systems from a single platform. instead of managing different tools for applications and VPN access, we now manage authentication centrally

miniOrange Makes MFA Integration Easy Across Multiple Systems
Reviewed on May 27, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
One of the good things about miniOrange is that it supports multiple systems. We integrated MFA with network devices using TACACS and RADIUS, and it worked well. The authentication options like OTP and push notification are simple for users
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a little more modern. Sometimes it takes a few clicks to find specific configuration settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed stronger security for network access and remote login. MiniOrange helped us add MFA to network authentication through TACACS and VPN access. this helped reduce the risk of password only logins

Easy MFA Setup with Smooth RADIUS Integration for VPN and App Logins
Reviewed on May 27, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The MFA setup was easier than we expected. we mainly use it for VPN access and application login protection. Integration through RADIUS worked smoothly with our authenticator app and they adapted quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin panel has many options which can be slightly confusing at first. Once you spend some time with it, it becomes easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to add MFA for remote access and internal applications. miniOrange helped us enforce authentication through RADIUS for VPN login, which added an extra security layer without changing our current infrastructure.
Design
Makes user access simple and secure

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about miniOrange SSO is how easy it makes user access across multiple applications. Once users log in, they can access different tools without needing to sign in again, which improves both convenience and security. The platform supports many integrations and protocols, so it works well with different types of applications. The setup process is also quite straightforward compared to many other IAM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the platform offers many features and configuration options, it can take a little time to get familiar with everything in the beginning. However, the customer support team is very responsive and helpful during the setup process, which makes it much easier to understand the platform and manage configurations smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, it helps create a smoother access experience for users while also improving security. It saves time that would otherwise go into resolving login issues and helps ensure users can access the resources they need without unnecessary friction.
