Seamless Oracle E-Business Suite Integration with Smooth Deployment and Responsive Support
Reviewed on Jun 03, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of miniOrange Identity & access management is its ability to integrate seamlessly with Oracle E-business suite, which can be challenging to modernize for authentication. The Implementation progress was straightforward, and we were able to enable single sign-out without significant changes to our existing oracle EBS environment. The support team was also responsive during deployment
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall experience has been positive. While the initial configuration required some planning due to the complexity for our Oracle EBS environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oracle E-Business Suite does not natively support many modern authentication standards that our organization wanted to sue. miniOrange IAM helped us bridge that gap by enabling SSO and stronger authentication capabilities for our EBS environment, This improved the user login experience, reduced password-related issues, and simplified access management for our IT team

What do you like best about the product?
MiniOrange has an easy to configure connector for many legacy systems like oracle Apps and in-house apps that enables us to extend 550 support to our existing system which doesn't natively support these non standard apps
What do you dislike about the product?
It is set and forget, nothing to dislike besides maybe the slightly challenging implementation process but their support team handles everything so we aren't impacted by that to begin with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Existing IAM didn't support Legacy apps and miniorgange came in and federated identities for existing IAM

The platform support multiple integrations which makes it easier to implement MFA across different systems. we use it for applications, VPB access, and network authentication. The authentication process is simple for employeees and works reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI works fine but it could be improved visually. sometimes navigating through settings takes time until you get used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us implement MFA across several systems from a single platform. instead of managing different tools for applications and VPN access, we now manage authentication centrally

One of the good things about miniOrange is that it supports multiple systems. We integrated MFA with network devices using TACACS and RADIUS, and it worked well. The authentication options like OTP and push notification are simple for users

What do you like best about the product?
The MFA setup was easier than we expected. we mainly use it for VPN access and application login protection. Integration through RADIUS worked smoothly with our authenticator app and they adapted quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin panel has many options which can be slightly confusing at first. Once you spend some time with it, it becomes easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to add MFA for remote access and internal applications. miniOrange helped us enforce authentication through RADIUS for VPN login, which added an extra security layer without changing our current infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about miniOrange SSO is how easy it makes user access across multiple applications. Once users log in, they can access different tools without needing to sign in again, which improves both convenience and security. The platform supports many integrations and protocols, so it works well with different types of applications. The setup process is also quite straightforward compared to many other IAM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the platform offers many features and configuration options, it can take a little time to get familiar with everything in the beginning. However, the customer support team is very responsive and helpful during the setup process, which makes it much easier to understand the platform and manage configurations smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, it helps create a smoother access experience for users while also improving security. It saves time that would otherwise go into resolving login issues and helps ensure users can access the resources they need without unnecessary friction.

Easy SSO & MFA Setup That Makes Daily Logins Smooth

Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most is how easy SSO and MFA setup was. Earlier I had to remember different passwords for different apps which was frustrating. Now logging in once and getting access to everything makes day to day work much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Platform works well, but sometimes i feel that UI can took a bit modern in some areas. Sometimes finding specific settings take extra clicks but once you get used to it, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved password management for me, so i no longer need to reset passwords or keep track of multiple logins. At some point, MFA keeps access secure, so it feels like security's improved without making daily login difficult.

Robust MFA, Slightly Steep Learning Curve
Reviewed on Mar 28, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that miniOrange Identity & Access Management supports multiple systems and that we could integrate MFA with network devices using TACACS and RADIUS effectively. The authentication options, like OTP and push notifications, are simple for users, which I appreciate. The overall setup was fairly straightforward, particularly for basic configurations, and the core features like MFA were easy to get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially integrating with multiple systems. Some parts of the interface also feel less intuitive, which can make navigation and advanced configurations challenging for new users. Additionally, improving documentation and providing more step-by-step guides for specific integrations would make the onboarding process smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miniOrange Identity & Access Management strengthens security for network access and remote logins, making access management more consistent and less challenging.
