Coda is the best platform for tasks and collboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user interface of Coda and how simple it is to begin new projects and set up layouts. It allows me to quickly get projects underway, monitor their progress, and easily see who is involved with each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any drawbacks to using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coda is currently supporting us with a company-wide project that involves collaboration among multiple teams across the organization. Its collaboration features make it simple to bring people together for joint work on this project, and the views function allows us to manage as much complexity as we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool to manage projects and assign tasks to different people in each project with dates and work assigned. Easy to manage work and sprints with really easy to use platform and website. The UI is quite good as well and let's us manage projects and clients much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more AI features and integrations with different tools to increase usability and function. But no major issue amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving issues related to project management and task assignment to different people across company and project. Easy to take notes and manage meetings with option to track work assigned in meetings. It helps maintain the knowledgebase with all data we need at one place, really helpful.

a steep learning curve for complex features, performance issues with larger documents, a high cost for advanced features, and a lack of polish in specific areas like the mobile experience and formatting options

My team uses a variety of tools—such as separate applications for notes, project tracking, and spreadsheets—leading to disjointed workflows and a single source of truth that is difficult to maintain. Coda helps solve this by serving as a central hub for all team information and processes.

I loved the flexibility of building .. its like having an interactive and collaborative sheet but in a fancy design with AI

Permissions to.users sometimes are not so.easy to understand

The ability to turn a simple document into a powerful, interactive tool without switching platforms.

I'm not a huge fan of the navigation and it's my other fave that would win in that department.
I really wish the built-in automations were more robust and included more than just triggers and actions related to tables.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coda is used for internal knowledge sharing. Coda has in particular been an EXCELLENT center for management of our deep PMF research, helping me very efficiently connect between various databases while evaluating our data and making decisions. I will add that I'm really excited to see what happens next with Coda now that Grammarly has stepped in.

I dislike Coda's steep learning curve, slower performance with large docs, limited offline access, higher pricing for advanced features, and a less polished mobile experience.

As a data entry encoder, Coda helps by centralizing data, automating tasks, enabling real-time collaboration, offering customizable templates, and integrating with other tools—making work faster, more accurate, and organized.
A Good App to start with your document management
What do you like best about the product?
The fetures included in Pro version are sufficient for a user and they are really creative
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing be on the lower side, it feels they are charging 2x with compared to others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As they have 30 days version history it is useful for me to refer to my earlier thoughts. The use of AI is also an added benifit for me. THe best feature is they have hidden pages which makes life eadsy for me.
