All-in-One Collaboration with Powerful Features, But Steep Learning Curve for Advanced Use
What do you like best about the product?
It helps in combining the flexibility of documents with the power of spreadsheet and apps, that all are in one place. No need to switch between multiple tools for tasks tracking, data management , notes. Code helps in letting us to build customizable doc that have the ability to work like a project tracker, wiki or even a lightweight app. It also has the big plus where team can work together in Realtime and can share updates, correct their workflows without needing extra integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you go beyond basic feature and start using advance features then learning curve can be steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problems related to scattered workflows, and disconnected tools. Earlier to get the work done we use to switch between project trackers, spreadsheets, documents. but coda brings everything into one flexible workspace where text, automation and data live side by side.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Coda is how it combines documents, spreadsheets, and workflows into one flexible platform. As an account manager, I love being able to centralize project plans, client notes, and performance tracking all in one place. The customizable templates and automation features save a lot of time, and the ability to collaborate in real time keeps everyone aligned and accountable. It’s a powerful tool for keeping teams organized and clients informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Coda is that the learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially when setting up advanced formulas or automations. It takes some time to fully grasp all the features and possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coda is solving the problem of scattered information and disconnected workflows. It brings all my client data, project timelines, and performance metrics together in one centralized workspace. This integration eliminates the need to switch between multiple tools, saving time and reducing errors. It also makes collaboration smoother - everyone on the team can access up-to-date information, track progress, and contribute to shared goals, ultimately improving client satisfaction and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Coda brings flexibility and structure together - docs, data, and workflows all in one place. I like how it replaces multiple tools while staying intuitive. Real-time collaboration, automations, and connected tables make organizing and executing projects seamless and efficient. It also allows users to connect data and make interactive charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions have become overly restrictive. Coda used to make collaboration effortless, but now managing access is frustrating. Sharing and editing with teammates feels cumbersome, reducing the real-time interactivity and openness that once made Coda stand out. Nowadays, it is not as easy as it was which WAS Coda's biggest advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was an easy tool to collaborate with multiple people, assign tasks and monitor the deadlines. I was using it for project charts, tracking the roadmap and project status and storing meeting artifacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Coda since long and with the help of it you can manage your docs, tasks, data all in one place. it very ease to implement and very customizable. also they will letting you build powerfull custom tools without coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coda has powerfull automation and integration and sync all data in one place with best customer support. Nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has many funtionality but my favorite one is you can sync data from google sheets, pull data from API's or post messages to slack.

What do you like best about the product?
Coda has a user-friendly interface which makes it easy to build customizable documents and tables. I've used other tool such as Notion and it's comparable in terms of having more advanced functionality, specifically, it's highly interactive and flexible that it allows me to use automation, formula, and other controls when streamlining workflows. Additionally, it offers more native integration and can pull in live data or push updates to other apps without complex setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a game-changer if Coda had a desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as our sharepoint and one knowledge base until we had to start using Notion as well.

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, I really like it's powerful tabular relation capabilities, Esp lookups amongst other standard features like filter /search, etc & it's allowing for embed forms of content in multi levels. I find it useful as it consolidates my need for Sheets+Notion sort of functionalities
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel as compared to competitive tools in same space, It's usability /UI feels a bit unintuitive or complex, maybe can take inspiration from industry consolidated features

I mostly use it for lightweight note-taking which involves a bit of tabular relational data requiring references.
An Allrounder doc that replaces apps , spreadsheets etc.

Its a superhero blend of spreadsheets , Excel and notion as well.
It just perfect for task planning and project management as well.

Just the learning curve , takes time to get used to it.

This app is great for tracking personal goals and journaling. Since I started using it, I feel much more organized. It has also made it easier for me to manage my lightweight projects.
Coda is the best platform for tasks and collboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user interface of Coda and how simple it is to begin new projects and set up layouts. It allows me to quickly get projects underway, monitor their progress, and easily see who is involved with each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any drawbacks to using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coda is currently supporting us with a company-wide project that involves collaboration among multiple teams across the organization. Its collaboration features make it simple to bring people together for joint work on this project, and the views function allows us to manage as much complexity as we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool to manage projects and assign tasks to different people in each project with dates and work assigned. Easy to manage work and sprints with really easy to use platform and website. The UI is quite good as well and let's us manage projects and clients much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more AI features and integrations with different tools to increase usability and function. But no major issue amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving issues related to project management and task assignment to different people across company and project. Easy to take notes and manage meetings with option to track work assigned in meetings. It helps maintain the knowledgebase with all data we need at one place, really helpful.
