What do you like best about the product?
Common Room has become central to our outbound strategy - it surfaces the right signals for our team to act on. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, I appreciate the flexibility to tailor the platform to how our team works best. It’s intuitive once you're oriented, and I love that it doesn’t force a one-size-fits-all approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’d be helpful to have the ability to clone team segments, since many of them share similar baseline settings. That small feature would save some setup time, but otherwise the experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common Room helps our team zero in on the right signals and tailor outbound efforts to what actually works. It gives us the flexibility to build workflows that match our sales motion instead of forcing a rigid process. That’s made our outbound more efficient and better aligned across the team.
