What do you like best about the product?
Highly effective antivirus system

Customer service can be a bit hard to reach via phone and no after hours emergency support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edge level antivirus and scam blocking before it even reaches our clients
Excellent product which takes stress out of managing on-prem spam filter.
What do you like best about the product?
Removes the headache of having to manage on-prem spam filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
No SSO option. Users like to use only one login wherever possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues where out IP address would get blocked because SPAM email would go out. This has now been totally resolved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend weighing up the convenience of having email managed in the cloud versus an on-prem solution. For the additional price you get lots of peace of mind.

I think they can improve better the Technical Support specially have a feature like Chat or Phone.

I really enjoy the easy of use of this product. Very scalable. I also enjoy the control and reporting with just a few keystrokes and mouse clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I have not found a downside for this product.

A tightening of email security and threat management helps keep our users and business safe.

A well laid out and easy to use interface on top of a service that has proven to be reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
URL click-protection feature prevents users from inspecting links before clicking, forcing them to rely solely on the products detection accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VIPRE email cloud has helped us dramatically limit the number of malicious emails that reach our end users while still allowing them to manage their own quarantines.

Being able to login from virtually anywhere!

The initial set up is a little tedious for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update clients from anywhere. A huge benefit is not having to go from office to office for updates/changes

What do you like best about the product?
The support, assistance and training provided ensures that we make full use of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
You really need to complete the free training to get best out of platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Vipre to provide layered security to augment the security provided within our mail platform. It also offers us resilience in the event of an outage with 90 days of rolling emails stored and accessible by users if required.
Seriously not a better product out on the market to day!

The endless options, great tech support and easy of use.

Takes some time to get everything setup but feel this is across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of junk mail right off the bat that gets stopped is amazing. Time is money. Who wants to spend an hour a day deleting junk email?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works as one would expect/want it too. I would recomend when in need of assistance on particular issues record the session or take good notes because the prioroty of rules and such are for across the board.
Vipre Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
Vipre Email Security is very easy for the end user to check items caught in the SPAM filter and access email from anywhere. The archiving feature also works very well. There a nice graphical representation of the "action" being taken by Vipre.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like with Vipre Email Security. I have tried APP River and Barracuda and evaluated them compared to Vipre. Vipre can email you multiple times during the day letting you know what has been filtered out. This a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are definitely stopping a lot of SPAM. The end users can "customize" the SPAM filter and allow/release filter items quickly and easily. Vipre Email Security also categorizes SPAM, so you can see the threat that was stopped.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try other products for a week or two and you will find you like Vipre better and you'll be glad you tried it.
