What do you like best about the product?
The upside is that it is highly customizable. This being said, if you are not familiar with configuring software to get what you need, it can be cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is that there isn't an easy way to learn how you need to have things setup. The fact that I can easily source inputs from remote locations and non-native applications was amazing, once we figured out how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to take our live stream tot eh next level by bringing in people from anywhere in the world no matter the app they wanted to use to communicate through. we were even able to clean up their audio and make it sound almost as good as if they were in our studio.
