Automated Security Fixes, Slightly Sluggish
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gomboc.AI is automated and doesn't require much human intervention. The system creates pull requests, which allows engineers to focus on more interesting work. The initial setup of Gomboc.AI was very simple, and it integrates well with GitLab and VS Code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gomboc.AI for vulnerability detection, triage, and remediation. It's automated, creating pull requests so engineers can focus on more interesting work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Gomboc.AI is to implement. It was very easy to download and use, which is super valuable because so many security tools take too long to onboard for a team. Gomboc.AI was extremely easy to onboard and to use without any prior experience with the tool. We switched to it because of its ease of use, and the initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little basic. It's very similar to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gomboc.AI for security monitoring of my Terraform, allowing me to easily spot vulnerabilities in open-source platforms and feel assured about their safety.

I like how easy it is to use Gomboc.AI in Visual Studio Code. It is very well integrated and speeds up my work.

The way to install and configure for the first time with the API Key.

I use Gomboc.AI to write my Terraform code correctly and validate old code, solving human errors and keeping the code updated. Additionally, it is well integrated into Visual Studio Code, which speeds up my work.

Installation is easy and well integrated in Visual studio code.

I haven’t used it for very long, only the demo and a few simple tests so far. As of now, I haven’t run into any issues, and it is not gomboc.ia’s fault but mine ;-)

It is helping me to review legacy IaC code proposing fixes to get the code updated quickly.

I like that Gomboc.AI saves time, reduces risks, and enforces best practices without adding complexity. The initial setup was pretty easy and not complex to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting dashboard could be clearer and it should also report secrets management. It would be better if it could find plaintext passwords and enforce policies to restrict their use.

I like Gomboc.AI for its quick setup, which made it very easy to get started. I also appreciate how fast it is at detecting errors and providing resolution proposals, which has been really helpful in my projects.

In projects combining Terraform with other technologies, the detection is not so good, sometimes buggy and misleading.
