Their support team is great, everything is compliant with the newest regulations, and their templates cover anything we may need!

There is nothing I dislike so far, had only a positive experience using PL!

Pocketlaw is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy part of creating legal documents, for example when we are hiring partners and creating partneragreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Think a possibility to be more flexible with graphics in the product to make it more tailored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast & easy way to create legal documents without having to spend a fortune on lawyers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to all our agreements and different tools/templates we need in various aspects of the day to day basis of company law.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to create our own templates for continuous use has been a bit difficult. But PL has been very helpful with this and promised to implement the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything we need just a few clicks away. Hiring people or signing new business agreements, internal policies, etc. All very simple and manageable.
Un-valuable for is as a start-up!

The legal assistance that comes with the tool, as well as the templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like an overall tool, that can help you from contract creation till the end (storage). So far the tool is not developed enough to handle all areas

Contract creation. Helps us making sure our contracts are kept up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Making the organisation do things themselves without involving legal. The team behind the app is very helpful, interested and stays connected with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to implement to the extent that we are satisfied with. We want to get the most use out of the platform, and it can take a while to get the organisation to chip in on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time spent on low-risk legal matters frees up time for the legal department to focus on high risk and high profile matters instead. Great!
Amazing product but currently more start-up than scale-up
What do you like best about the product?
Evidently, PL offers a great platform and has found a great market fit. I think the biggest strengths are the width of the documents available as well as the signing capabilities within the platform. I can really see how smaller companies can benefit from the platform on the back of limited use of your UK platform for UK matters, in which we're neither as sophisticated or experienced vs. Swedish or US matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think PL is more usable for start-ups vs. scale ups. I.e. in a context where we have most templates and have processes in place it's a bit difficult to see how we can get more value out of the platform than ad hoc obtaining a bespoke agreement/document from time to time. For us to see a higher value, platform functionality really need to be prioritized over content, which is very good but not of too much use to us. What I'd like to see is a leap in editing functionality as well as better search capabilities. May very well be that PL should be more of a start-up platform and then have the likes of Juro for scale-ups.

Easy to access templates and sign-in platform saving time and money.

easy to use for non lawyers, "good enough" templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's lacking better tools and functionality to build and structure signed agreements. It also lacks tools for monitoring signed agreements such as expiring date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
empowering the company to handle simpler legal tasks without the involvement of a lawyer.
Great support for a startup
What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful for a small company going bigger, time saver with loads of templates and knowledgeable staff. Great to store all legal documents in one place also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, slight improvements to UX maybe needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with incentive programs, compliance with regards to everything from labor law to data protection.
