What do you like best about the product?
The support that OpenSesame has is very fast, they respond immediately with the solution or work on it at that moment, also another thing I like about OpenSesame is its content, it has a lot of content with a wide variety of topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be the translation of the content, in my case it is the Spanish translation which sometimes sounds literally translated from the English version (using AI).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems in terms of OpenSesame course configuration, when we have problems in the company's LMS as well as requests for content in different languages. Their quick response helps us a lot.
