Good start, time to continue...
What do you like best about the product?
The push towards citizen integration with the workflow tooling. This is a good move in the market as competitors have this functionality already (i.e dell boomi)
What do you dislike about the product?
The adapters are too generic and there are issues when trying to customise them for adhoc requirements. Headers and file attachment processing is troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QUick and efficient integration for cloud SaaS software.
It's a great product for Microservices hosting
What do you like best about the product?
What is like most is the Reusability of the microservices
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Level-1 support is not very knowledgage and for everything they need to reach out to the development and any queueestions or issue takes really long time to resolve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reuse micro services
Cloud application
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this application is the ease with which a large amount of data can be managed; I consider it its main attraction. You can transfer any information from one application to another with just a few clicks and in a very efficient and fast way. You don't have compatibility issues with formats since it converts it to a format that the app can read on its own without you doing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem with this application, in my opinion, is its interface. It is very unintuitive and at first glance, one can have the feeling that it is very complex and difficult to learn. Not to mention the issue of money, as its high cost may deter many people or companies who might be interested in the advantages of this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main areas in which I carry out my work tasks with this application are data management and the generation of reports and analyses with which to respond to and assist our clients and the company itself. I have noticed an improvement compared to before using the IMB app, especially an increase in efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended for those companies interested in creating APIs or managing their own assets internally in the cloud, despite being somewhat unintuitive and having high costs, its technical support and great stability provide this application with great trust from many companies, making it highly recommended.
Good support but many failures
What do you like best about the product?
During our evaluation, the support was quite good, as they were willing to spend literally hours on the phone trying to solve some of our problems. Unfortunately, they couldn't solve them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface was not as intuitive as many of its competitors in the iPaaS space, leading to a much larger learning curve and it constantly crashed when trying to develop integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cast Iron was one of the many iPaaS solutions we decided to evaluate to solve several integration problems we had in the business. This product was evaluated by myself and several of my colleagues, but I never introduced it into a production environment. The main reason we never went into production is the numerous issues we had just during the evaluation, as well as the non-intuitive interfaces.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using the IBM connection application if you want to collect data from all sources or if you are working on such a project when you need to handle more than one live stream in real time.
very easy to implement service by IBM !!
What do you like best about the product?
i am a senior software developer at infosytech india and i have been using ibm app connect for about 2-3 years for API development basically i am using IBM APP connect as ESB (Enterprise Service Buus) , and one of the most lovely thing about ibm app connect is that it's really easy to connect your applications with private servers rapidly and easily , it has really beautiful user interface which highly customization and really easy to use , i used to teach ibm app connect to the other interns and they really get used to it within 2 - 3 days easily , and we can create a flow without writing any line of code , we just have to specify the actions only and it's done , i must say the quality of support provided by IBM A pp connect is really cool and supportive too ! !
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost price is very high , other than this their is nothing to dislike about IBM App Connect !!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use IBM app connect for api designing and api development as ESB !!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the reliable and really easy to use service created by IBM for API development , it is very interactive and easy to use for the freshers ! 1
Best Application Connector
What do you like best about the product?
It is a cloud software from ibm which helps us to connect two different applications mostly in terms of data storage and data transmission. When we are integrating two different applications on different systems the main problem is of data which is solved by ibm app connect.Ibm app connect provides facility to connect all these applications over multiple machines using its monthly cost.It also provides access to augmented services and some traditional styles of integration which can be used by the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is high and also the UI by ibm is fuzzy,it needs a lot of improvement because it doesn't stand to the standards of ibm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ibm app connect less frequently because I personally do not prefer using it but some of our clients require us to use ibm app connect as they have already subscribed to it in their other projects. For them i have used ibm app connect to manage the flow of data from one application to another automatically while integrating applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would not recommend using IBM app connect because there are other services available which can be used instead of app connect and they are much more efficient enough with better algorithms and UI.The only thing best about ibm app connect is the traditional styles which it provides for integration.
IBM Cast Iron Integration with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
ability to manage the highly complex integrations where there is quite a bit of data processing involved in the middleware. In these situations IBM Cast Iron scores above the providers such as Informatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support from the product team is not so great. It caused quite a few constraints during the PoC phase where we were exploring different options.
The quality of support we received from other middleware products such as Informatica , mulesoft and the level of engagement they had is truly impressive

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in the contractors (ICDRs) time sheets and purchase orders from SAP into Salesforce so that it can be integrated with Financial Force Professional Service Automation to determine the resource availability and utilization. As the data is stored in different boxes in different geographies with different structures, unifying the data and feeding into salesforce was handled by IBM App Connect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With respect to salesforce product roadmap, IBM app connect mayn't be aligned completely. As salesforce continues to acquire ISVs such as mulesoft and others, there could be out of the box connectors available for plug and play. however if the integration required is very complex, IBM App Connect is worthy of consideration
can easily integrate with sales force ! !
What do you like best about the product?
i have been working with IBM APP Connect from last 1-2 years , basically the best thing about IBM App Connect is that it provides rapid connection to the cloud securely , as i told earlier we can easily integrate it with sales force and it becomes very easy to get your data sync all the way from sales force to the on premise file , and we can also able to join sales force to our back end data base with the help of IIB very easily , and on the other side it's very easy tool for developing API by creating an event driven flaws and the best thing about it is that you don't need to write a single line of code for that ! 1
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is very high and the user interface ids not up to the mark !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use IBM App connect with sales force and as an ESB ! !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's one of the best service provided by the IBM which is very reliable but it's little bit costly and the user interface is not so attractive , other than this it's awesome for API management !!
IBM App Connect Review
What do you like best about the product?
User interface, user experience, and ease of use. Also really like how dynamic it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike about IBM App Connect at this point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central platform to connect data across different teams. Like how dynamic it is.
A set of useful apps
What do you like best about the product?
WebSphere Cast Iron allows us to integrate Salesforce with other cloud and on-premise systems quickly and efficiently.
Templated Integrations and connectors for Salesforce and other systems allow us to integrate with confidence and speed.
The variety of form factors allows us to right-size our solutions for customers and the complexity of initial integrations vs the roadmap a customer has for future integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI crashed constantly while trying to develop integrations.
The UI was not nearly as intuitive as many of its competitors in the iPaaS space, which lead to a much larger learning curve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used to develop enterprise wide integrations. You can quickly develop integrations between systems that are done in other software would take much longer and difficult to achieve.
