What do you like best about the product?
I m using IBM app connect since a month, right now m not familiar with it but I can surely say that IBM app connect made my work so easy and interesting. The salient feature of it is, it can integrated with other business software so easily. It is one of the best service where you can easily manage all your data and can generate regarding documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Likewise there is nothing to dislike about IBM app connect but yes it could have been more affordable. Also some bugs are their for data conversion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use IBM app connect to transfer data from one application to other application and to convert data in the supporting format.

It is one of the best and reliable service created by IBM, It can be used for various purposes. It is also very user friendly and it makes work more interesting and simpler. One of the best feature is, it can integrate data from various application and can manage them with ease. Also it can be easily converted into various supported formats.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM app connect helps you automate your workflow in minutes.You can easily automate the regular tasks which involve transfer of data from one application to another and set that automated macros through which it can be called.Also you can set the triggers for certain data scenario and also assign appropriate functions accordingly.You can also use the ibm watson's AI capabilities to get detailed report about the data flow which is occurring in the whole system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ibm app connect mostly to automate the workflow within different applications so that we can focus on the main application instead of running mundane tasks manually.I also integrate ibm watson to my client's project from ibm app connect to give AI capabilities and generate detailed application data flow report so that we can know what is going where.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using ibm app connect to mainly automate the workflow of the applications so that we can automate the mundane tasks of carrying data from one application to another and do that automatically so that we can just trigger certain function on certain data events in order to make the full task automatic.Also I think that the price is cheaper compared to other applications so you should use it once for incredible experience.
Amazing Big Data Processing And Data Virtualization
What do you like best about the product?
IBM app connect lets you process the data in realtime and also enables data virtualization simultaneously.It helps us to virtualize all the data sources and create a single virtual environment consisting of all the data sources on which you can apply machine learning and AI algorithms.It is the best way in which you can virtualize data in realtime.This is why I like ibm app connect too much.If you donot want to use the data at the same time than you can save that data instance and process data later which can also be done easily using ibm app connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data conversion has some bugs,other things are fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are actually a cloud computation organization and I mainly work on Machine learning and AI projects.We have to process large amount of data and then run algorithms on it.But we have more than one cloud servers from where we get the data so I use ibm app connect to enable data virtualization and connect them to preprocess and compute algorithms on it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using ibm app connect mainly for data computation and data virtualization on cloud servers.I have used it mainly for data virtualization and running ML algorithms on it and am having a very good experience using it.I also got very good and accurate results by using ibm app connect so I think it works best so I recommend using ibm app connect.
Easy Integrations with IBM MQ
What do you like best about the product?
App connect is the best service which can be helpful as an integration to work with IBM MQ.It helps us to convert data structures from one format to another.For example if you want your application to be ran on IBM MQ queue which accepts only cobol data and you are getting the stream of data in the form of json,so using ibm app connect integration you can easily convert the data type to cobol and then supply it to ibm mq queue.You can also have multiple data sources of json format,unite them and then convert it to cobol data structure.If you need then you can use ibm app connect independently by using more than one data source and creating api for all the data you have so that you can use that api for more than one application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing structure should be defined again because if I am using it with ibm mq which is also a ibm product than I should get its subscription for a lower cost which is not done right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ibm app connect mostly as an integration with ibm mq.We have many of our applications running on ibm mq queue and we get the data from various sources and various formats.I convert all those formats to cobol format for ibm mq through ibm app connect as an intermediate service so that the ibm mq queue gets proper data in cobol format.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using ibm app connect if you want to do one of these things.First is using ibm app connect as an integration service for converting data structures of the data.Another is combining the data sources to one and then convert data structures.Or else want to develop api of the data sources and share it for other application usages then you can use ibm app connect because it does each of these things in a perfect manner.

IBM App connect helps you add smart connectors for your applications to make the optimal usage of the data resources that you have.There are some connectors without which your application cannot work fluently like oracle netsuite,microsoft or ibm watson.You can get access to all these connectors and integrate them to your application to make your work simple.It enables you to get AI Services from watson much easily and without requirement of any coding.This are the best things about ibm app connect.

I am a cloud manager and my work in the team is to manage the cloud resources and make them available to my team in least time and with optimal performance.To enhance the time of my team in a particular project I integrate various connectors like ibm watson to our cloud data service so that we can get access to AI solutions easily.They then use this connectors to build specific data applications.

IBM App connect is a application which specifically focuses on integrating heterogeneous data and making it a single data source for making it easy to use.It has many benefits like you can specify how the data connects to each other using any of your styles or the traditional styles.You can also convert the single data source into a functioning api which can be used to get data for different applications.In such way you can also monitor the data flow and usage.It provides many features for a moderate cost.

I am a cloud analyst and my job is to make sure the data is being used properly and to provide the data sources if necessary for a particular application.So eventually we have multiple data sources for working on single application so using ibm app connect I develop the api using ibm app connect and share it with the rest of the team so that they can get the data to work on much easily.

I would recommend ibm app connect to cloud developers or any other IT person if you want to ease the dealing with data because ibm app connect is the full package loaded with features which can be used to manage the data sources using state of the art technology and saving your time on messing with data.It has many cool features which can be tried and applied easily.So I recommend using it.

IBM App connect makes the handling of data from various servers much easy.It helps us to manage the data as well as data resources by automating various tasks and by doing so making it simple for us.It helps us to develop apis and microservices of the data which we have on different servers to make them logically connected so that we can easily use that data.It also helps us to transfer data from one application to another.These are things that I like about ibm app connect.

I think the access to develop api is restriced and in limited context which can be improved.

I use ibm app connect to handle data and develop apis mainly.We are assigned certain projects where we have to connect the data from multiple servers across the globe.Using any other method is more complex instead I use ibm app connect to logically connect the data and use it for the project.I also have used it to develop microservice once instead of api which is almost similiar.

I recommend using ibm app connect because it is a service which can make our workload much less.It helps us in integrating the data from various servers and that also with least manual process and with our requirements which is a very good thing.Also you can develop apis and microservices and also can get access to augmented services using the same subscription which is really great.

IBM App connect helps you develop lightweight services from your data and can be used with your application.The main benefit of using it is that once it is used most of the work is handled by ibm app connect,you just have to monitor the settings and let it do the rest.It has helped me a lot and the clients for whom I use ibm app connect have never got need to setback and look at it again.It is a very perfect and out of the box application which has a great support from various reputed developers in ibm.It can be used for any purpose you want because it is a very flexible application.For one project I was using ibm app connect specially to convert the realtime data and for another I used it to integrate historical data from multiple servers so it has vast application domain.

I have used ibm app connect in many different ways for different clients and projects.I have used its basic services as well as its advanced services like developing api and microservices.The main benefit of developing microservices using ibm app connect is that it is lightweight and can be deployed and handled on any place with speed and easily.I have also used ibm app connect for managing realtime data for one of my client.

Recommending ibm app connect to others is my honor because it is an application which doesn't require any recommendation because once you just see its features you will be tempted to use it.But there are certain things which I would like to recommend myself like how easy the handling of live data becomes using app connect,or how easy it is to develop api of the data using app connect and also how much simple it is to use the augmented services of app connect.This all are the things that I personally recommend using them from app connect.

I like everything about ibm app connect because it has proposed a innovative service idea for handling the cloud data and also the off cloud data.It helps us to unite and integrate the whole block of data from both the sources or even different cloud servers and convert the whole data into a single unit virtually and then generate api for the same if required so that you can access that virtual united block of data using it.It is very good application for preprocessing of data so that the final api data can be used directly for application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I donot have anything to dislike about the ibm app connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many business problems can be solved using ibm app connect but I use it specifically to integrate the data virtually and also preprocess it by setting the styles in which the data integrate.Using my custom styles I decide how the final database looks like when accessed through api by adding and removing intermediate columns.It is overall a very supportive application.

I do recommend using ibm app connect because of its wide usage of applications in this modern field of cloud computing.The problem of handling data from multiple cloud architectures can be easily solved using ibm app connect.Also you can preprocess the data using ibm app connect and decide how the data looks finally when it is accessed for the application.And further benefits you will come to know as you explore the ibm app connect.

A organization has lot of dependent applications, i.e. many applications share data and also sometimes rely on another application for functioning. So it sometimes becomes headache to maintain such applications. It makes most of the management and maintainance task easier.
Apart from the functionality and features thi IBM App Connect Team provides great support. This is the place were many such tools fail but this tool has a strong hand on this particular point.

If I see overall this tool has helped our organization a lot and even the support for the application is too good. The IBM App Connect Team is always ready to help either it be any part of the day. So I can say no dislikes for this tool.

The basic functionality of this tool is to merge database and help to maintain it. This this becomes essential when the organization has huge number of applications. The IBM App Connect plays an import role in connecting our business applications. It is robust which really helps us when our servers are down or when we are undergoing some maintainance. It handles everything itself and we never face issuses while such instances.

If your organization has number of applications and you want to manage all of them at a time I highly recommend using IBM App Connect as this tool doesn't require extreme skills. It's simple to use and also robust in nature which means you will rarely run into problems and even if you do their support team is too good that would be followed up within 1-2 hours.
