What do you like best about the product?
Ease of building integration with support for different types like SOA, microservices, Rest, SOAP, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Adapter/plugins for other 3rd party tools

Connecting CRM systems with other systems in the organization to build a full blown analytics solution

What do you like best about the product?
IBM app connect helps you integrate your business data using ibm cloud technologies with ease.It has many best features like it deals with simpler systems with that much ease as much it deals with complex systems which is a great feature of it.You can setup everything in minutes.It helps us to connect the traditional storage systems with cloud systems and do processing on it which is a great postive feature of app connect.It helps us work with all types of storages system through cloud itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things difficult to understand but that can be sorted our by contacting with their customer service so no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using IBM app connect for connecting various SaaS infrastructures for our company and integrate all of them to the cloud.I have also used it for my clients to gather everything in one place when ever they have to sort everything out so IBM App connect is a great app to work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using IBM App connect because it helps you connect different storage infrastructures and help sort our if your business has variety of data sources.Also it is a service that has a great customer service and you can get help with everything you want.Also it doesn't take more than minutes to get it up and started so It is recommended.

IBM app connect allows you to integrate all the business data that you have of any form,may that be simple as SaaS or most complex,app connect handles it all.You can also connect across clouds with flexible deployment option that is chosen by you.The best thing about ibm app connect is that it supports a variety of integration styles which allows user to select according to their requirement.It empowers us to connect all the data that we have as a company and make it more simple and organized in a safe and secured way.

I have nothing to dislike about ibm app connect because it serves me the best.

I am a cloud architect and use ibm app connect for my own company's usage or my client's company's usage.When our client comes with us with variety of its data to work with and as the data would be distributed across various clouds and in different formats we have to get it into a single piece to work with,so for that we use ibm app connect and get our work done faster and in a secured way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using ibm app connect to any cloud architect whenever we get some project in which the data is distributed in various formats and various places,it becomes a hectic task of getting it into a single usable piece for the project.So for that I recommend using ibm app connect because it serves best for that usage and also it is a product from ibm which is so nicely mastered and is fully secured.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best with IBM Integration Bus on cloud is the support they are offering. This is the first time I have hands-on experience with cloud and IBM integration bus made it easy for me to learn it. They explain everything to me in details those things I don't know
What do you dislike about the product?
The support SLA, for every service down ticket, I wish that the SLA response would be just 30 minutes instead of an hour
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are integrating all our software/platforms with cloud as we all know cloud would be the future.

The price is cheap compared to others, plus you will get discounts too.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM integration bus is market leading tool which helps communications of multiple applications enterprise wide with simplicity and lot of options. In Healthcare, this tool has simplified the way the end applications are connected to front EMR with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly tool as compared to other integration service bus. Although not every function available in this tool is used for small companies.
