What do you like best about the product?

Censornet's Web Security product has proven to be a powerful and effective platform that has quickly helped to bring robust control to the web activity undertaken within our organisation.
Its clean and easy-to-use interface means the set-up of the service is relatively quick and painless, with solid reporting options to report and measure what our user base is doing and accessing.

The service is backed by a fantastic support group - nothing has been too much trouble when we have asked for help. All in all, it is a great value / high-performing product that does what it says on the tin - really well!

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing too concerning at the moment - we continue exploring its capabilities and learning the product's ins and outs. This is a question to answer in a few months when we have a fuller view.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Censornet Web Security has helped to simplify the way we control web access, has reduced the very painful management of rules on our firewalls, and allows us to be more agile with the access to and flow of web traffic in and out of our business.
