Robust Data Consolidation with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Nexla's dedicated support team, which is available during different time zones and provides a direct joint Slack channel for fast resolution. I also value the access to Nexla SFTP, allowing me to view the raw files and the actual data our partner sends. This feature is useful for comparing it to what we ingest from Nexla, especially in case of data discrepancies. The ability to quickly retrieve resolutions without having to wait longer due to the support being available during both working and non-working hours is immensely beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time on complex pipeline changes can be slow to roll out. Nexla could improve by adding some transformation validation checks to proactively find out errors before being delivered to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexla handles data transformation and consolidation from partners, combining split files and formatting them to our specs. The dedicated support team and SFTP access help resolve issues quickly and ensure we receive the correct data.
Smooth Data Integration with Impressive Speed and UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like Nexla for its data extraction speed and the positive UI experience, which makes managing pipelines, credentials, monitoring, and schedules straightforward. Its easy integration with Airflow is another plus, thanks to its Python-based infrastructure. The setup was simple, with organization creation and access provision handled efficiently through a web-based UI. Nexla stands out as a cost-effective solution compared to others like Talend ETL, offering a vast collection of connectors and seamless integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their error-handling mechanism should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexla simplifies data extraction and integration from diverse sources, supports seamless ETL/ELT operations with reusable pipelines, and integrates effortlessly with Airflow, thanks to its Python base and intuitive UI, enhancing job flow management.

scheduling when pre or post processing is not possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is very helpful. While Nexla is not the easiest tool for synchronising Odoo data in my experience, it has proven to be very reliable.

Nexla offers a wide range of features, but not all of them are easy to use.

When we began building our data warehouse, we experimented with several products. Since we needed to extract data from various sources, Nexla stood out by offering a wide range of connectors.
Streamlined Data Integration with Impressive Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Nexla's interface is a game-changer for managing complex data pipelines. I especially like how easily I can connect disparate data sources and create automated data flows. Nexsets makes data reusable and collaborative across teams, and the real-time monitoring and alerting ensure that I'm always on top of data issues. The platform’s support for both technical and non-technical users has helped streamline workflows across our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is helpful but sometimes lacks depth for edge cases or advanced features. At times, we need to reach out to the Nexla support team to better understand certain concepts or implementation steps. While the support team is responsive and knowledgeable, this back-and-forth can add delays and impacts overall efficiency when trying to move quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexla simplifies the process of integrating data between our CRM platforms and other internal systems. This ensures that customer data is always up to date and consistent across tools, reducing data silos. By automating repetitive and manual data tasks, it allows us to streamline workflows, save time, and reduce human error. With built-in monitoring, we’re able to catch and resolve data issues quickly, improving reliability and trust in our data processes. The use of Nexsets enables data reusability and collaboration across different teams, helping everyone stay aligned and work more efficiently.

They are improving the UI for better user usage.

IF we show them a use case that doesn't fit currently, they are already working on making it happen.

We've experienced some intermittent issues with Nexla that took a long time to resolve completely.

Easy for developers to start using and the next set recognition makes file consumption easy.
Great First Time Onboarding Experience Working with Nexla Team
What do you like best about the product?
The Nexla integration team was wonderful to work with. They were knowledgable about their product and were able to build out my technical requirements with speed and quality. I also appreciated the flexibility of the team during the launch process despite the last minute fire drills. In addition, the replay feature on the pipelines has saved our team and also the customer's a lot of time and effort. Overall, it was a great experience and I am excited about our partnership with Nexla!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think an area of improvement would be around logging of data within the pipeline. Sometimes it is a bit hard to identify what failed out and why. If Nexla could improve upon this component, I think that would make troubleshooting easier down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting sftp files --> to API payloads and automating the API call process. Also, enrichment of standard webhooks per customer requirements and also sending them to the customer endpoint.

The Nexla team was very professional and always available to answer questions. The integration was seamless and the team responded to our changes very quickly.

I have no negative comments about the Nexla team.

Ease of schema detection along with great customer service.

Can increase options in UI to enable complex transformation logics for any flow.
