What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) is the credit system, until today credits are acquired through the purchase of two Deep Discovery Inspector appliances of 4 GBps each.

Considerable increase in the visibility of the information technology environment, mainly in the detection and response to cybersecurity incidents. Improving the performance of the IT infrastructure team.
A robust security tool for a fair price
What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro Vision One gives me great visibility on the security level of my assets and shows me how to increase said level. The executive dashboard helps a lot by comparting the risk index with other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the lack of documentation about new stuff. The console is always changing and new features show up every week, but the documentation seems to be always obsolete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility on everything that happens in my company and the correlation between multiple events from agents and AzureAD make me more comfortable with my security levels.
Intuitive and very practical platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to locate information related to events that occur in the environment, using a few strings it is possible to obtain a lot of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes the platform to update the organization's overall score could be more dynamic, waiting too long for the system to recalculate the score after remediations are applied to the environment.

The identification of environment vulnerabilities, as well as the risk level classification and mitigation suggestions make the IT security operation more dynamic and effective.

Some of the alerts sent by e-mail do not have enough information to understand the problem, it is necessary to access the web tool to obtain more information.

Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) Invaluable Analysis Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) tools provided to perform analysis of potential threats while learning the patterns of attacks being seen is invaluable. Alerts to patterns of behavior are observed that match possible attacks. Baselining these alerts increases our awareness and helps us to harden our exposure to potential threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
These tools are built upon layers of previous anti-virus protection that are still in production as separate stand-alone tools. Vision One itself is still in development. The multiple contexts of documentation and products can lead to confusion when developing your specific instance of Trend Micro Vision One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) provides a dashboard for analyzing multiple behaviors and monitoring data sources to develop a more comprehensive view of behavior patterns that may threaten our endpoints and data.

What do you like best about the product?
All items within Risk Insight and XDR Threat Investigation, this is the main place we check.
What do you dislike about the product?
Response action options, I think, are still very limited.

Visibility for the attack flow, from the beginning to the end
Trend Micro Vision One is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards in Trend Micro Vision One are great, and they are always trying to improve them. I can easily find the information I need (threats, vulnerabilities, my assets etc). XDR gives me alerts and lets me know if it finds something suspicious.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would have to say that I dislike about XDR is the false positives (which don't happen a lot) and then trying to program so it doesn't continually look for that over and over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently just went to Service One Complete (add-on with XDR), and it is a great one; monitoring east-west traffic and having a team watching our network is a big plus.
