What do you dislike about the product?
We have difficulties integrating the XDR into other security appliances/products that we already have.
We tried to block an email in the suspicious object tab, but it didn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto threat intelligence reports and scheduled sweeping across endpoints against the latest threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing notably bad one about the product.

XDR helps with comprehensive threat coverage. Also, It aids to perform threat hunting.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for the security system, which easily verifies or identifies early detection of threats.
Easy to use, you can easily navigate where it provides you with a faster way to approach a solution efficiently.

Provide a great level of security to our endpoints. Early detection of threats

Were using XDR as part of our security in our infra, helps us detect about malicoius and other cyber threat.

Its detect not only threat but is useful for us to manage our server and infra.

The consolidation of all security products visible in one console makes threat hunting easy and allows for our engineers to stay focused on the single portal instead of loging into multiple products daily and missing critical events .

It is a bit expensive to get access to all the modules and add-on products we want in the South African market. We have been building on to what we have year on year.

Trend XDR has taken our detection and response to a new level and the products keep evolving .

The correlation of Apex One and Cloud one logs into one dashboard to have full visibility of endpoints and servers. Workbench and Observed attack techniques are very helpful in investigation

Some of the alerts sent by e-mail do not have enough information to understand the problem, it is necessary to access the web tool to obtain more information.
Even in the workbench, sometimes the information presented does not contain enough data to deal with the problem, making it necessary to consult the original source of the events.

Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) is solving the problem of having a better Incident Response Cycle. We are able to accurately measure what incident is having a higher priority and wether the malicious files are quarantined or not.
