emSigner is the perfect digital solution for signing documents
What do you like best about the product?
The application has a simple User interface that can be used by anyone easily. It is a very convenient software for signing documents digitally because of the feature of integrated eSign using Adhaar card, PAN, or digital sign with the help of a physical token. Apart from this, we can easily share the digitally signed documents and also keep track of the papers which are digitally signed. It has been helpful during the pandemic situation, as it was challenging to get any document physically signed by anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that I dislike about the software. Though, I will like the company to provide more flexible and cheaper pricing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is now used regularly in our organization. We have been replacing signatures drastically with digital signatures as it is more convenient and time-saving. The software is also secured, and features like tracking and workflow management add to the security aspect of the software. The software also comes in handy when Bulk Signing is needed. It can also easily be integrated with software like ERP, Tally which makes it more convenient to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is one of the best in the market for quickly signing documents digitally. It is very secured software. When using this software, you can easily find Audit trails and real-time data of workflow of the paper processed in the software. During the pandemic situation, the software comes as a life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy to use and simple for sending signed and approved offer letters to our new employees. One thing about this application is that it cannot get any easier to use and is very simple to track and send a signed document that is compliant to regulations in our country.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ours is a small business and we do sometimes feel that there should be a new pricing strategy based on the number of documents we process and send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can receive and send documents for signature. It is perfect for our onboarding procedures and managing HR-related contracts and documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this if you are sending employee onboarding documents or approving their tax documents.
It’s an awesome application suited for our financial process
What do you like best about the product?
We find emSigner a perfect fit for signing documents related to Invoices and Purchase Orders. It is well suited for financial processes and many of us have now moved online. It is much better than using paper too. I remember working on it just minutes after it was integrated by our department and I owe it to the easy interface it comes with. Almost everyone here had no problem figuring it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the session gets logged out much faster whenever there is idle time prompting us to logout and login once again. Apart from that, I find no other problem with emSigner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can send documents to multiple people and get multiple signatures to get specific signing orders. We get our signatures and approvals promptly which wouldn’t have been possible if it were paper-based one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great software if you need to send documents out for signature. Consider using it, but keep in mind it is a bit pricey

I like the electronic signing feature in emSigner which is super user friendly when it comes to approving medical e-Prescriptions.
The best thing I like about this application is that with the help of this application you can set up any kind of paper to be signed electronically via e-mail.

Nothing to dislike about this program, it is a wonderful application for getting signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge we are fixing along with EmSigner is obtaining staff to complete the documents related to the hiring of staff members within the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how emSigner helps me manage the application forms submitted by my customers using customized forms including our branding and color etc. Customers can easily fill in details on Digital Account Opening forms and I can approve the forms as and when they keep coming. It helps me onboard them faster than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I have not faced any issues and have no complaints about this product. It does have all the features that I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use EmSigner for Onboarding Customers using a digital account opening platform. It leaves me surprised as it is the easiest tool I have ever used for electronically signing documents. it is a much better alternative to faxing or mailing, which I used to do a couple of years back.

What do you like best about the product?
As an entrepreneur in the manufacturing sector, creating e-invoices to vendors is critical. With emSigner signing vendor invoices is a swift job. All invoices and related documents are saved online and there is no concern about having lost them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to make modifications to documents and sometimes they get accidentally deleted. I have to begin once again and there is no way to alter it once I send it across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EmSigner makes the process incredibly simple. There is no need to patiently wait for my vendors to sign the contracts and exchange multiple emails back and forth. emSigner has now become a vital tool in my everyday business processes. It allows me to process contracts and signed files in an organized and efficient manner.
