EMSIGNER is a best digital signature tool with high security & easy use
What do you like best about the product?
EMSIGNER is helpful in daily approval & signatures. Its fast approval process is very appreciable. Its best things include multi signature with online transaction approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
EMSIGNER is having traffic issues &lags sometimes while use. Its service problem is still long pending issue. They can improve their subscription cost & make it more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EMSIGNER has helped us receive approvals in very less time & increased efficiency. We have become more productive & perfect. Our team has appreciated their instant verification & payment gateways approvals very well.
emSigner is automated workflow software.
What do you like best about the product?
emSigner is automated workflow software. We can use our formate to start our workflow effortlessly. In emSigner we can send documents in bulk easily in one go. To avoid physical signing we can go for emSigner.
What do you dislike about the product?
emSigner support team taking too much time to resolve the issues. emSigner need to improve its security to avoid any harmful transactions to their customer. emSigner can be cost competative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
emSigner can be a risk taking software like if somebody will find the digital sign he can misuse it. Safty point of you emSigner need to be taken care. Security need to be improved.

Time saving software because of online signature process.and also haves simple user interface.

Everything is good except it's price point. Need to release the free version then.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple and intuitive user interface of emSigner. It has helped me sign important documents online. It is actually faster and secure e-signer I have ever come across. It also assures me document security while signing it online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything with emSigner looks good, but just one suggestion is that if a team can work on making the workflow simpler. It will be great for any newbie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing an online document is something I was actually afraid of. But with emSigner, I think I have started trusting online esigners. emSigner has helped me easily sign business documents online to communicate with clients. Also, utilizing built-in templates was easy for me since most of my time was spent making document templates. I actually like they have used OCR techniques to allow users like me to search text or content easily.

If you're looking for a secure and safe online e-signer, then you should try emSigner. It comes with a lot of features and enables you securely sign documents online without wasting much time.

Dependency over java versions make it difficult to use it different government portals.

emSigner is the perfect digital solution for signing documents
What do you like best about the product?
The application has a simple User interface that can be used by anyone easily. It is a very convenient software for signing documents digitally because of the feature of integrated eSign using Adhaar card, PAN, or digital sign with the help of a physical token. Apart from this, we can easily share the digitally signed documents and also keep track of the papers which are digitally signed. It has been helpful during the pandemic situation, as it was challenging to get any document physically signed by anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that I dislike about the software. Though, I will like the company to provide more flexible and cheaper pricing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is now used regularly in our organization. We have been replacing signatures drastically with digital signatures as it is more convenient and time-saving. The software is also secured, and features like tracking and workflow management add to the security aspect of the software. The software also comes in handy when Bulk Signing is needed. It can also easily be integrated with software like ERP, Tally which makes it more convenient to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is one of the best in the market for quickly signing documents digitally. It is very secured software. When using this software, you can easily find Audit trails and real-time data of workflow of the paper processed in the software. During the pandemic situation, the software comes as a life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy to use and simple for sending signed and approved offer letters to our new employees. One thing about this application is that it cannot get any easier to use and is very simple to track and send a signed document that is compliant to regulations in our country.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ours is a small business and we do sometimes feel that there should be a new pricing strategy based on the number of documents we process and send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can receive and send documents for signature. It is perfect for our onboarding procedures and managing HR-related contracts and documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this if you are sending employee onboarding documents or approving their tax documents.
It’s an awesome application suited for our financial process
What do you like best about the product?
We find emSigner a perfect fit for signing documents related to Invoices and Purchase Orders. It is well suited for financial processes and many of us have now moved online. It is much better than using paper too. I remember working on it just minutes after it was integrated by our department and I owe it to the easy interface it comes with. Almost everyone here had no problem figuring it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the session gets logged out much faster whenever there is idle time prompting us to logout and login once again. Apart from that, I find no other problem with emSigner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can send documents to multiple people and get multiple signatures to get specific signing orders. We get our signatures and approvals promptly which wouldn’t have been possible if it were paper-based one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great software if you need to send documents out for signature. Consider using it, but keep in mind it is a bit pricey

I like the electronic signing feature in emSigner which is super user friendly when it comes to approving medical e-Prescriptions.
The best thing I like about this application is that with the help of this application you can set up any kind of paper to be signed electronically via e-mail.

Nothing to dislike about this program, it is a wonderful application for getting signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge we are fixing along with EmSigner is obtaining staff to complete the documents related to the hiring of staff members within the company.
