Simple, yet powerful and competitive solution in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Leading global digital signing solutions known for advanced features and robust security. They are easy to use, with simple implementation and integration, making them ideal for large enterprises

Less user-friendly interface compared to other modern digital signing solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the need for physical document signing and couriering, also enables fast, secure, and tamper-proof signing of official documents
emSigner is a game-changer for document signing and even more times better than the traditional way
What do you like best about the product?
I recently got introduced to emSigner and I gotta say that I immediately got hooked into its platform! The features like workflow automation which lets you assign users / signees in a more seamless manner. It definitely streamlines the process of document review, signing, tracking, etc. in a very legally compliant manner because they also have authentication and verification method like fingerprint biometrics or liveness checking to ensure the identity and that it is a real person signing and not a static image.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't generally say that it's a downside for emSigner but I think some of the key challenges or may have a room for improvement for this technology is that it is mostly or totally reliant with Internet connectivity to have access to all of its features especially the workflow process since it may pose disruptions when you don't have a stable network connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I specifically say it can really solve problems with regards to electronic signing of documents like PDF, Word, and others. This can be truly helpful to me and my organization once everyone gets educated on how its single platform can streamline the process of business operations concerning legally signing documents without having to do it traditionally or get the wet-signature of each signees.

I specially like the document workflow feature which routes and is transparent.

Not that i dislike it, but I wish it's possible to always edit the envelope/workflow on the fly without having to recreate it for some cases.

Transparency of signatories. I've seen cases of goverment workers lying that they are not who people we're looking for.

emSigner can be implemented either on-premise or on cloud, depending on the organization’s requirements. It also supports compliance with country-specific legal requirements for digital signature certificates, which would be legally valid. also there are no limits on the number of documents a user can sign, it supports integration with third-party solutions

The integration with certain third-party applications can be improved, some specific applications require effort and customization to integrate properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
emSigner supports automating the digital signing process, eliminating the manual signing process and avoiding the printing of documents. It comes with workflow solution where users no need to wait for the person to be in-person to sign the documents, it triggers the alerts and reminders and anytime we can see the document status, provision to send back the document to originator with the feedback.

I believe there is room for enhancement in the user interface to make it more intuitive for first-time users. Expanding advanced customization options for workflows would also add value for organizations with complex requirements.
