What do you like best about the product?
The signing process. It is quite simple and the ergonomics make it easy to use. The signature envelope allows us to quickly sign a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple features that are not very often used in the Settings section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The signing of documents without having to print them. The time savings and the economy in paper and ink. Thus, more ecological actions while maintaining my operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
emSigner is a signing platform with high use frequency due to its ease of use. This platform has number of features, including integration with external apps thru API. emSigner is available for cloud and on-prem deployment that allows organizations to choose according to their implementation requirements. Customer support is available 24/7 to handle any concern that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
emSigner requires stable internet connection which can pose challenges for users in the Philippines where lag and ping spike is common. This may affect the workflow process and the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
emSigner is reliable when sending soft copy documents to be signed. This is convenient, especially when the document needs to be signed ASAP and the person that needs to sign comes from remote areas.

What do you like best about the product?
The key features of the emSigner which covers the Digital Signature Integration, covers both Cloud and On-Premise Set-up, Ease of Integration with other existing enterprise systems, and the Workflow Management which will able organization to customize workflow processes to adapt on their current setup. With its ease of use, frequent use and implementation of the solution across the organization will truly help reduce a lots of paperworks and bottlenecks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use is in place, while learning curve can be one of the challenges. While the company is based on India and US, due to timezone issues, customer support could also be a challenge.

I like how they have a ready API documentations ready. We are able to integrate with our system t EmSigner and able to showcase this integrations during an emSigner event here in Manila. emSinger is also easy to implement, system can use this frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, we have some questions on multiple levels of simulneanous approvals that is still being worked on with the support team. other done that everything is great.

Since using emSigner, the hassle of signing documents anywhere and whenever has been reduced.
