I can’t find any drawbacks with Emsigner because it makes life easier.

Security with the users. Able to do paperless approvals. It surely will benefit not only our company but others who we deal with.

Least helpful about it is the tendency of users to overlook emails with documents for approval. Disadvntage could be the fact that you are subscribed to it and you have to re-new yearly your subscription.

Fast approval and can be done even if concerned person is out of town and paperless thus gives us cost down benefits.
