AI and ML powered tool to improve your data insights
What do you like best about the product?
This tools makes it easier for data exploration and decision making. The UI is simly amazing which makes the navigation through datasets much easier. I personally like the drag adn drop functionality of this tool.
I have used the anomaly detection and trend forecasting features, and I found it better and easier than other softwares.
The documentation is good enough. This tool is highly scalable and easy to implement. Customer support is fine. I have used this tool for enquiring about the data, and it processes my requests with ease and it understands my input.

What do you dislike about the product?
To to be honest, this tool hangs sometimes. It might be because of less compute power or plan. The cost is the deciding factor. It might be expensive for smaller companies. But scalability is the trade-off.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for forecasting and anomaly detection. I have used it for making NLP models for a chatbot, by providing raw excel data.
It is easily scalable once the data volume is increased. The millions of logs that are created when the end-user is conversing with the chatbot, we use Tellius to analyse those logs.

forecasting model of sales for specific geography of US under pharma domain. we forecast sales of drugs and then leverage the analytics capabilities and visuals using Tellius

Tellius is the one-stop solution for our business analytics. By using Tellius we can get overall business analysis with AI-powered technologies, which is very helpful to grow business.

As of now no negative feedback. My experience with trellis is smooth.

Before tellius we were using different analytics tools to get our business insights. But after we got to know about tellius. By using Tellius our job got easier now we are getting all business insights in one place that is also AI-driven.

As a digital marketer, I found that the data queries are a bit complex, because we don't have much technical knowledge. Some content marketers also lack technical expertise, so these features should be easier to use for new users.

I am really impressed by the Business intelligence features provided by the AI powered tool including ML automation as well as Natural Language analysis tools and how it integrates to almost every data source

It is not able to provide deeper text based analytics and also doesn't support chat bot integration

The one good thing it was very much helpful while integrating our datasets of the snowflake. This helped us to easily navigate into the data in a single repository. In addition to this, the platform really helped us to run un all the required analytics by letting us run the loads of transformations we had.

It would have been great if it had a variety of options for the integrations. The customer support needs to amp up their game.
