What do you like best about the product?
nOps is undoubtedly the real deal! This exceptional platform has come to my rescue and saved me an absolute fortune on EC2, EKS, and RDS costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
nOps may have specific compatibility requirements that need to be considered before implementation. That is only feature i thought it was missing.

nOps could be improved with finer-grained access control.

Seeing all of our hourly cost cloud resources in a single pane of glass helps us keep costs under control.

I would like them to add more tracking to the services, as some things do not appear in the resources tracker

It helps us to see our customers' cloud infrastructure in a more centralized way and helps us to see if it is in compliance with the Well Architected Tool, on the other hand we see security issues and ways to optimize costs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about nOps are its comprehensive features that enable me to provide my clients with recommendations on optimizing their infrastructure, reducing their costs, and enhancing their security on AWS cloud. In my opinion, the most helpful feature of nOps is its ability to enhance cloud security. The advantages of using nOps are numerous, as it integrates various features into a single software, providing a holistic approach to cloud management, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that I find less appealing about nOps is the absence of the capability to generate forecast reports that can be downloaded and shared with clients. This limitation is something that I hope to see addressed in future updates to the software. It would be incredibly useful to have a feature that allows me to create reports quickly and easily, providing clients with valuable insights into their cloud infrastructure, costs, and projected expenses.

For instance, it has helped me identify and fix cloud infrastructure issues before they can cause any significant problems. nOps also provides valuable insights into cloud costs, helping me to reduce expenses and optimize my clients' cloud resources. What do you like best about the product?
We have just partnered with nOps to conduct WAFRs. The ability to automate WAFRs has been a game changer for us. We are looking to expand our use of nOps based on our experience. The nOps capability is impressive and the team at nOps is very customer centric which aligns with our ethos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to save milestones in WAFRs via nOps is a bit inconvenient.

nOps is providing out of box automation which saves us a lot of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete tool which keeps on adding new features regularly. Has an elaborate, easy to use automated UX and helps in reducing the costs significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the reports could come out in a format that is easier to attach directly on the presentations. Rest is pretty much smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Positive numbers and money - that's how nOps helped us with their cost optimization features. We set up easily and straight away value - we were able to cut costs and save money within 1 month.

Good experience, good customer support, amazing features so good experience with nOps so far.

nOps found a way of centralizing AWS accounts while showing vital measurements for each, facilitating the achievement of operational excellence without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes getting used to; it is not as intuitive as one might think; on the other hand, it's not rocket science, and all the precious dashboards make it worth the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my time using nOps for my daily tasks, nOps has helped me right-size services and understand anomalies with billing and usage without having to do deep research and analysis within each account, it is all there in an orderly manner.
