Comprehensive Modeling Capabilities and easy to digest.
What do you like best about the product?
ARIS offers a wide range of modeling notations which is great for capturing different aspects of the business. Central repository is helpful for maintaining consistency, ensures everyone works on latest version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration options could be expanded to include more popular business software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ARIS for multiple BPMNs enabling us to monitor, refine and make our processes efficient and autonomous. It helps with compliance and making it easier to understand and analyze our business process, which further helps break silos across various team like IT & Finance and creates autonomy.

I use ARIS for manage and develop our processes about one year. It is very useful and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
They do not leave our questions unanswered when we have any problems. The interface is simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud application is slow and contains some bugs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide support against deletions in process models and take into account ARIS related bugs
We are now able to creat and store our process model very efficiently

Being able to store all our process models in the same database and link any necessary information together and reach them in an instance whenever we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
the new cloud version has some bugs that need to be sorted asap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our processes were not written. So we are accumulating our corporate knowledge and at the same time seeing our shortcoming and make the neccessary adjustments and improvements accordingly.
Aris is a great tool, but you have to know what to do to effectively communicate requirements

AG ARIS has governed and analyzed all the data and processes that arise from our work operations, so I can't find any complaints or problems with any of its functions.

What do you like best about the product?
ARIS has been a great tool for enhancing our business process management practice - with some training, it is fairly easy to use for process architects and modellers, and offers an easy way to produce professional quality process models that are consistent with industry standards. The tool is also versatile to be able to support needs for other types of business models such as customer journey etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The consumption of information from ARIS requires viewer license, and require uses to learn how to navigate around ARIS databases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARIS enabled us to create process models quickly, making sure the process models follow industry common standards, and enabled us to create different views to meet business needs.
Demonstrates value quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
ARIS Process Mining is a good process mining software but the real differentiator for it, is the integration to the ARIS Process Modelling. Being able to map actual processes quickly against to-be states is exceptional and clearly shows the deviations. It is also improving rapidly with new builds bring major changes that work really well. It also quick to go from a dataset to the model, showcasing the ease of implementation & ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Am still waiting for the minor aesthetic changes - e.g. pick a custom font and size for all text boxes etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARIS is allowing us to drive efficiencies across the value chains in banking and allowing us to rapidly deploy to various stakeholders across the business.

It is a robust application with many layers of configuration and can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As projects are in early discovery we can use Aris to very quickly determine impacts across the 4 architecture domains.
