What do you like best about the product?

Faros has helped us gain visibility into our engineering health. Especially since we can store our metrics in one place, we can easily connect the dots and analyze different aspects of engineering health. The options for visualizations, filters, and alert workflows are a huge plus. This makes it easy for us to automate reports, reducing the amount of manual work after the query has been built.

Another note is their partnership: since the beginning, the team has taken the initiative to understand what we need, making the setup process simple. They are really on top of requests and responsive when it comes to providing guidance and recommendations.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s some learning curve to understanding the different data structures and how to set up custom connectors, but with their guidance and support, we learned fairly quickly. They really took the time to understand our business goals and infrastructure. Once we got the hang of the tool, Faros became easy to use.
