Extremely customizable to suit your needs and fantastic resources to aid setup. It is extremely helpful to see all your data in one place. It allows engineers and managers to make data driven decisions on where to allocate time and resources. Along with the service itself the support team is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a little time to get used to setting up, but there are so many resources its a quick process.
