Just what we needed!!
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile user interface can reach over 700 off-site employees and track their engagement in our training and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log-in screens and processes have changed a few times which as caused some issues for our less tech-savvy users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reach a very spread out workforce and track their level of engagment; we are using Bites to solve field training needs without a cumbersome LMS.
This is an awesome tool to share content with employees in an ever changing environment
What do you like best about the product?
I believe spreading the message to employees across the company is always hard. seeing Bites offer a quick solution with out of this world retention rates is epic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding is really improving but it still has a learning curve

Creating and spreading the message across the organization in a fast way, on any platrom. having employees wanting to engage with the content is special.

A simple, innovative and very complete platform!
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the platform's differential is being able to produce 100% of my content within the app! it is possible to record videos, edit them and create subtitles, all this without needing any other supporting applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, so far, the app has met all my demands. Everything was working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With bites, I can create content to communicate efficiently and dynamically with the rest of my time. With this, we are more productive and supported and I think this really boosts our performance.
Great app for creating and sharing professional content with your employees
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and the fact that I can integrate video and textual summaries together. Sending it was easy and we had pretty amazing feedback from teams saying that it was a catchy course and the content was at a very accurate length for them to get the idea and not to be tedious.

Nothing much. It was an easy install and I am a happy user since.

In general it was a great experience, would love to have more possibilities for users management.

It has the easiest and quickest setup for this type of solutions.
Worth a try anyway, it will take you no more than a few minutes to send your first Bite and see if it answers your demands.

What do you like best about the product?
I am just Bites biggest fan! It’s my go to tool for all the training content I need to do globally.
I love that I can easily create personalized training content with Bites. It lets me communicate with my employees across the world in a personal style. With Bites I know that everyone across our stores globally gets the absolute best training! Hong Kong, Korea, France, Italy, it doesn’t matter – every employee on the shop floor gets the best training experience. This has been a game changer, especially during covid when we have been more dependent on our remote training capabilities, and Bites has been a lifesaver.
I also love the versatility of the tool. We use Bites to launch new products, do sales enablement training, send holiday wishes, updates, promotions. I never thought that one tool could meet all these needs and I can’t recommend it enough.
The support from the Bites team is also exceptional and we continually get engagement rates above 90% from our employees which I’ve never experienced on other platforms

My main challenge is making sure my global, dispersed workforce gets the best training across the board. With Bites it’s really easy to create content in different languages and distribute it globally.
It saves us a crazy amount of time and money on editing content too with features such as automatic subtitling and background noise reduction. I think that this is also the way that modern employees want to be communicated with. They’re not attentive to email or PDF – they need that engaging experience they’re used to from social media and Bites lets us take our learning and development to a whole other level in terms of engagement.
It also enables me as a global manager to have a personal connection with every employee and know that we care about them and their development.
The last piece is that I can also measure my employees’ progress with the dashboard which is essential for me as a manager, to get a snapshot of my global team’s performance. It gives me the confidence that we’re ready for new campaigns and initiatives.

An amazing training and update platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use - both as a content creator with the intuitive and versatile platform and in terms of distribution to my team (they get it via WhatsApp and slack and without installing anything can view the content that I created for them)

Cant think of anything that I dislike about it, They keep improving it and thinking up new features that always come in handy

User friendly education platform. Great customer service and support.

Easy and great communication platform for sending education content to employees. Huge support from bites team, offering translation service is amazing.

That would be great if there is a common area that all employees can login to get generic information instead of receive a link

Their tool is easy to use and very convenient. It offers many ways to communicate with your remote workers. Besides that, Bites provides excellent analytics to get a clear picture of your overall performance

It's not an easy thing to gather all employees together simultaneously for training purposes. Bites' solution makes this possible for companies. Instructing your employees at once comes in handy when you work with remote employees. Also, the fact that their tool offers different languages. Furthermore, Bites' tool can help you with internal communications and direct messaging. All in all, a great fun tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the directness of the initial setup process, how it immediately pushes you towards creating a Bite and to start utilising the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought it wasn't entirely clear how to start editing Bites, I would've benefited from a tutorial of some kind and I think it should have been the first thing that users see when they open the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a catering company with lots of contracted staff that work events with us, it means that we can give each staff member a mini onboarding of sorts

There are endless ways that this platform can benefit business owners or employees at almost every level, it's a communication tool and one that all should look to incorporate into their business at some lvel
