What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think any feature which is not helpful, I can give a suggestion that it should have a in built quick tutorial guide, where first time users can get know all process seamlesly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, it shows all the APIs that we can group together thus saving time and efforts to manually find each API (its response) when troubleshooting for an error or bug.
Secondly, while creating new API designs, one can thoroughly test API in the platform itself as it shows detailed parameters.

API Management by WSO2 API Manager - An honest Review
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this service it that it can be dockerized which increase its portability and scalabilty.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like cost , because developers can easily build apis of their own. But we have multiple services here so it can not be that bad. Its a trade off i guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WSO2 API Manager is providing ease of building apis, traffic control , monitization and on top of every thing it is open source which is highly customizable. I think for a project life cycle it can create a lot of impact in creating apis and increase the overall development time, because time is money.
WSO2 API Manager 3.2, Superior Performance
What do you like best about the product?
WSO2 API Manager 3.2.0 has proven to be a high-performance tool, allowing me at UTPL to manage and publish more than 50 APIs efficiently. Thanks to its robust architecture, we have managed to implement a flexible and smooth integration between applications, which facilitates support for our business processes. Additionally, it offers a solid API governance system that allows for comprehensive control in critical areas such as discovery, management, security, monitoring, and traceability of the data flowing between applications. This has optimized interoperability and significantly improved the responsiveness of our technological solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In version 3.2.0 of WSO2 API Manager that I am currently using, I consider that the alert configuration could be more intuitive and easier to manage, especially when the thresholds set in the API usage policies are exceeded. For example, facilitating the configuration of automatic alerts to notify when a limit of invocations of a specific resource is exceeded would help improve the user experience and responsiveness in API consumption management. Additionally, being able to add alerts to Telegram, Microsoft Teams, which are currently widely used in the community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the implementation of an architecture oriented both by APIs and events, optimizing the integration between systems. Centralize the management of the APIs exposed by the various applications of UTPL, which are technologically heterogeneous, allowing for more efficient administration. Unify the security layer, standardizing it through the use of apikeys or the oAuth 2.0 protocol, which enhances the protection of exposed services. Provide analytical capabilities through API Manager Analytics, which was not possible before. Now, it is possible to perform detailed tracking of who uses the APIs, how frequently, the errors that occur, and which APIs are the slowest, allowing for performance optimization and improvement of the user experience.

WSO2 API Manager: A Comprehensive API Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the API subscription management feature, which allows for the organized presentation of APIs on the developer portal. It offers robust control over how third parties can consume APIs in a highly adaptable and dynamic manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I'm not inclined to say that this aspect of the WSO2 API Manager is dispensable. Each feature has its own utility in various scenarios. However, I do suggest integrating the analytics component within the API manager itself, rather than maintaining a separate ELK stack. Configuring ELK independently can be quite time-consuming.
