Good OS that consistently communicates calls to home from SAN appliances to emc.com

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to update ESRS version in the GUI easily. Check SP's along with the network configurations.

Had to build one of these completely by scratch because the previous one that I had used crashed couldnt call home to Dell EMC.

I like being able to see the current version running, most up to date version avaialble.
Get to check all 3 san's from one console, that shows me the SP IP addresses, console IP addresses, regardless of the located at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting and building the server. The initial setup is very tricky and can be a confusing set up.

Dell EMC typically doesn't provide a lot of support when the server stops communicating to Dell EMC

When logs and calls to home are not working, it can take a while to assess why alerts are not going to EMC.

Often manual tickets still need to be created when issues arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefit is that when Dell EMC SAN appliances experience hardware or software issues arise, manual tickets do not need to be generated because the information that is needed for analysis is sent to dell EMC.

Alerts can be sent to on-call staff 24/7/365.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it ensures that we could centralize the point of sale deployments, I have never heard a person saying something bad about this application, and neither do I.

I think people behind this are experiecing people, who really know what they are doing
What do you dislike about the product?
Their appearance, it looks 2000 year in my opinion, for my way of being, I just do not like that era.

When I was using it, it did not have a sound related to the action I was performing; I like application which use them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been told, long time ago, there were a lot of problems with credit card uses, in my view, everyone should be using a credit card, and this helps to have that future
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The possibility to use a handful of resources to manage the latest upgrades. To have a proactive system with a wide range of options helps everyone to have the resources needed for getting our customer's delight.

That is the most essential aspect to have under consideration.
