Big Value Add For Fast-Scaling SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
As the general counsel of a midsize SaaS company that is continuing to grow rapidly, I looked at a variety of tools to help with reducing the administrative burden of questionnaires and related onboarding documents while still preserving oversight and consistency of responses.
HyperComply is a great solution and provides a high value position for the fees. The customer support is excellent, and even with high complexity and/or volume, services are always delivered quickly. Additionally, the integrations with SalesForce, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Drata are useful and well executed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about HyperComply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer security questionnaires are repetitive, time-consuming, and often a burdensome administrative exercise in gathering evidence, much like a quasi-audit. Having HyperComply handle the lion's share of the work, providing a near-final document for our review and approval internally, alleviates a pain point for my organization.
