Mobile Threat Defense is for Everyone in 2022
What do you like best about the product?
This product protects my iPhone and smart devices in our business from cyber threats. Finally, a system that monitors behavior and activities on my fleet of mobile devices and helps me manage threats from a central dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only that this has to be purchased through a distributor like Synnex. The system itself works great after some fine tuning to our specific environmental needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile device threat protection, detection, and response services are solved using this product. We are benefiting from scalability, coverage (different device types), and feature sets. This product is amazing!

The need to have the VPN up to prevent 0-day

The securitization of mobile devices, which increasingly hold more sensitive information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it 100%, if you are familiar with Checkpoint technology, the deployment is very easy and the management is very light.

What do you like best about the product?
This has allowed an increased Security Posture through multiple types of protections across our company issued mobile devices. During this pandemic we have seen a large increase in work from home and remote work. Harmony Mobile has established a defense and protection layer to mobile devices once not covered by existing controls. Also where regular protections are reactive or detective in nature Harmony Mobile provides an added layer through active protections with its numerous next generation features.
Harmony Mobile has multiple valuable features which make it beneficial to have in deployment.
URL Filtering - with threat actors increasingly using phishing technology and malicious websites this tool has allowed active protection by scanning url and providing repudiation of links which in turn increases security posture.
App Security - Harmony Mobile also allows us insight into applications being installed on mobile devices and the risk categorization of these applications. It provides this also through app comparison to the app store which allows better levels of detection
Reporting - The reporting is very simple allowing easy to understand reports which can be sent to the executive of the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
One issue that we have is its full integration with Google Mobile Device Management (MDM). Currently there is limited capability for this and some features require third party features to be integrated with Google MDM. This creates a headache due to the fact that this was not stated before and these third party features come at an additional cost which would not have been planned for at inception due to information provided.
Expanded Google MDM integration was supposed to be introduced but so far we are still waiting.
Though different tools can be integrated into the Infinity Console, it would be nice to have a single pain of glass which correlates all checkpoint solutions into a dashboard reporting feature that can drill down to individual tools while providing overall security posture information in a dashboard format.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is used to protect company issued mobile devices. It is implemented via the cloud based implementation and integrated into the Infinity Portal. It is currently deployed to around 300 devices of varying brands and mobile operating system. This is accomplished through deployment to the devices via Mobile Device management software. Prior to adopting this solution mobile devices were not covered as part of our security apparatus. With this solution we have been able to cover this gap by providing protection to this class of devices. This has especially been helpful during this pandemic with increased work from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Now we do most of our work with mobile phones. Therefore, phone security has become very important. I believe it is protecting us.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be I can say only price. It could be cheaper.

gui is very easy to use, high stability and you can consolidate your needs with one vendor

sometimes you can face admin console crashes

Harmony Mobile is very useful tool, you can easily track mobile devices. Logging mechanism is very good and gui is user friendly. you can see devices' os version and also users' name and email adresses. Administrators can write very detailed rules. Finally, agents work stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we carry everything with us now, we need to think about our mobile security. In general, since everything is now on the cloud and we don't know where the attacks are coming from, this product provides exactly what we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see a negative side.It provides the necessary protections for mobile.

Sandblast Mobile - A cut above all it's competitors out there.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Sandblast is that unlike others it does not compromise on your device performance or availablity of your data whilst keeping your precious data safe.

I feel that this solution is just a little bit expensive.

I am keeping all roaming users and all those Work From Home users data safe which in turn is keeping my valuable company data safe.
