Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been so amazing with streamlining processes and allowing for more productive time to be better used by my staff! With a multiple entity company, having them all in one platform, avoiding the due to due from entries, the reporting aspect has all been great and I am excited to see what new programs will be added as we are continuting with implementations,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently not a lot that I dislike! Most issues we are having is more on our end and what we have chosen or will be choosing to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More professional reporting which has helped with our Banks to secure proper financing.

Powerful user-friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to learn, intuitive UI, highly customizable and secure
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up user permissions can be tough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GL and reporting; keeping us organized and accurate
The software has been the best that I've used so far, very user friendly and clean to look at.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the ability to ask for help when needed at any time, its very easy to use as far as navigating through the system, as for reports the system generates very neat and easy to read reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I have not seen anything I don't like from Sage, everything has been smooth sailing as far as the AP side is concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and ease of payments as far as AP is concerned.
Improved Efficiency and Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting capabilities are significantly enhanced from previous accounting softare. Transparency for users and access to data.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to have approval processes by entity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is our core accounting software. Use for financial reporting.

The approval process for journal entries and the smart rules to help with matching

We went live on age 8/1/23 so we do not have any dislikes at this time.

Is has helped our purchasing workflow. It has reduced the amount checks we cut to vendors which has made it easier to monitor
Powerful with great user interface

The reporting capabilities are by far Intacct's greatest asset

There are a number of add-ons required to make Sage a fully functioning financial software

Our financial reports were constantly having to be frankensteined, our team has saved so much time with Intacct reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Outstanding training, even right on the page you may have a question about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting was a little hard to understand at first, but it's powerful in that you can write your own reports in addition to the generous reports that are standard.

Keeping track of various funds, in addition to financial reporting of actuals vs budget
User friendly and ability to customize to your needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize for our business has created a ease in user adoption within the coporation and our team. The contract module and revenue recognition has sped up invoicing and oour close.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to track POs and the inability to add contract as a dimension the customer aging.

Revenue managment and AP automation with AI is reducing our close.

What do you like best about the product?
Compliance to accounting rules, flexibility, dimensions, reportability
What do you dislike about the product?
extra cost for all add ons, cannot reclass credit card transactions

Accounting Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Automation. We are getting ready to start bill upload and that will relieve many weekly hours of AP bill creation. Allocations are also a huge help when we have multiple locations and departments. This helps us work faster and create reports more accurately for our bills, invoices and receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be tricky. It takes awhile to make things work, but the time spent on it is worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many state and federal grants. Sage allows us to use dimensions for reporting and classifying to better report back to the federal government and state government. This has been extrememly helpful considering we could not do all of this in Quickbooks without doing many manual entries and excel changes.
