What do you like best about the product?
Creating the custom reports and extracting the financial statements
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the the new GL code currency filds is not allowed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to cretae new GL code, custome reports
Easy to record financial transactions
Easy to analyse the fianacial information
Easy to extract the financial statements
Overall it is user freindly and solving our all the above issues.

System works well
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's simple to use. The AP section and reports are pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits and debits section under adjustments isn't very clear. It's been a trial and error process. Also I use bill.com and the syncing between the two causes lots of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The imports option is great to import bills and new vendors.
Excellent financial capabilities; underwhelming ancillary modules
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct's General Ledger module is highly efficient for inputting and managing journal entries (the best I've personally used in my 20+ year accounting career).
Interface is clean and consistent across all modules (with the exception of the Collections module).
Database schema is easy to follow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Invoice management is spread across multiple modules and needs to be made more lean. The Accounts Receivable and Order Entry modules both hold the same invoice and offer different capabilities, which sounds good in theory (more options is rarely bad), but unfortunately it creates too many opportunities for information to appear in one module but not the other. A favored reporting option may only be available under one module and not the other, leading to data integrity issues.
If you're thinking of using the Contracts module for managing your SaaS customers, one word - DON'T. It does not aggregate subscription information within the UI, forcing the reader to look elsewhere for information they should be able read at the source. You also have to jump over way too many hurdles to place restrictions on date ranges for any subscription changes. The module is simply not built for the modern subscription model; it harkens back to a time when perpetual licenses and maintenance agreements were common.

We have consistent information in the general journal, bank reconciliations are clean each month, and expenses are easy to locate and track. This has given us improved insight over our spending.
While the Contracts module does not ultimately work well for our company, we do appreciate the level of detail that is available. This has put us along the path to knowing exactly what we want from a billing system.

User Friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
As this application is user friendly and easy to adapt the changes as per the requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to make payments from intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is an application where we can perform easy automation and helps my organsitation in remote work and collaboration between people from different parts of the country.

Sage Intacct is extremely user friendly. I appreciate that it is a cloud-based software. The best thing about Sage Intacct is that the more you use the system, the more functionality you can explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sage Intacct's Purchasing Module was more robust and came with more out-of-the-box reporting. Our complex internal approval structure was difficult to make work in Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct provides more visibility to department budget owner's and has made for more accurate financial reporting. The system allows for faster reporting and month end close.

Helpful for related party transactions, no more having to open two or more different files to ensure it's recorded correctly.

Steep learning curve compared to other software I've used.

Awesome application and easy to access we have so many options, reporting, global consolidation, Collection process, and Collection follow-ups through Intacct will save a lot of time.

Bulk upload it will sometime to upload in Intacct

It's an easy application, helps to do bulk upload, and we can view and customize reports. We have global consolidation. We can do collection follow-ups through Intacct which saves lot of time
Best Accounting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Process and automatic revenue calculations in case of deferred revenue and revenue recognition and easy recurring templates creation for future dated invoices by making manual intervention very less

Everything is usable and easily understandable to us and no dislike found.

Intacct is solving our main problem of sharing invoices to number of customers in an one click and also helps in easily tracking of this invoices shared via email log.
It is very user friendly which is easy to use.

The tab options are properly aligned and we can see different sections segregated which is very useful.

The interface can be changed with attractive templates.

Intacct is helping in making the accounts in a proper format and helps to see it in reporting format.
