Review on Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy as two levels is the top level and entity level and we can do and process all the transactions separately. It also enables the processing of all multi-currency bills as well. And for each new term, there is one tab in which we can search whatever it is. It also provides clarity regarding the progress of the firm with the help of reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Detailed navigation could be more straightforward and make it user-friendly at the same time. They could also elaborate on the errors that are made while creating a vendor and while downloading various reports like ap aging and vendor aging there are many dates to be added which confuse a lot. There should be option to merge a partially converted PO as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct enables me to process multi-currency bills, PO bills and it helps me to download various reports like vendor aging, AP aging reports, CC Reports at the same time It also tracks all the transactions in one place and also helps in syncing expense reports.

Sometimes it is creating issues in the consolidation books in terms of elimination entities

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of this application also it helps to do the accounting easier. We can pull the reports on real time basis and also we have filter where we can filter the output which we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It is the best application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in invoice processing in multicurrency also it is helpful in bookkeeping. I use it for accrual purposes. It makes me very much productive. My business performance has increased.
Best tool for Multi Entity setup
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has a very strong multi‑entity setup and includes all the necessary dimensions. It is easy to use and offers excellent clarity and flexibility in reporting. It also offers a robust audit log and provides clear error explanations, making issue resolution much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to improve their support service, as the support team often tries to avoid the situation rather than properly looking into and resolving the issue.

It help in have multi entity console and dimenation are very good also it have custom reports and dashboards

Trended Trial Balance is not available by default in the standard reports. It would be great if we get the trended Trial Balance in the standard report.

Sage Intacct accounting features are very easy to use. It's a good accounting software to make use of. It makes the job easier. Easy to learn quickly and manage with little time or effort! Better than other accounting software QuickBooks etc. I will recommend everyone to try this accounting software

I have found NOTHING that I dislike thus far. Accounting is remarkable since it has eradicated accounting errors. We can create invoices easily. Very good accounting software. Sage Intacct has a very good features, which will satisfy all accounting needs of the users

It is very helpful in generating reports from the invoices and journal entries, we have posted. we can generate reports and perform analysis very easily. We can select different periods and compare the reports. Easily we can download and present the accounting reports from Intacct.

Any journal type that is posted can be edited duplicated and canceled.
Also, the limitations are there for the closed period and the notification banner also helps us to understand the error easily.

if any cash application is performed and reversed in the next month, and applied in the previous month , on this case the reversal cannot be modified.

Cash application reversed also should be able to edit or modify. also credit not applied in vendor invoices should also be able to reverse. this will help us in making corrections while anything goes wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
help us to create and manage invoices. Reduces reliance on Excel, cut down the time it takes to analyze key information, and consolidates everything into simple, clear dashboards. Most importantly P&L,B/S and cash flow reports are availablewhich helps users to understand financial position of company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to delete/modify data after incorrectly posting a payment on an invoice. We need to reverse the payment if wrongly applied which in turn creates an extra line item in the bank.

Multi entity Management, Multi-currency management.
Easy to operate accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
We can work on multiple clients while we work on the other side by side, which I didn't find in Quickbooks or NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Option to search transaction with an amount or a word or a phrase is not possible, if available, not all type of transactions are found in the result. User must be have got used to saoftware to draft a new custom report.

Bank, vendor reconciliation & revenue tracking in a most easy way.
