Smart tool for accounting and book keeping
What do you like best about the product?
The best about Sage Intacct is the efficiency of the application to bring all the accounting needs and reports in one platform. It supports multi-currency payment processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are learning curves in initial stage and cost also relatively high compared to other software. Once we apply credit memo to an open bill we don't have option to void the credit memo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps to fulfill my organisation's accounting needs such as financial statement reconciliation preparation and act as a guide when I require reports and statements for my reference.

It is an excellent platform for users. Easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it can be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can find all the needed information about our clients and vendors. We also get various kinds of reports that will help us for reconciliation purposes. It will help us for smooth functioning of our works.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of access and information that is readily available for users to learn while working. Access to wide rage of modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the application crashes and it becomes unresponsive.

Majorly all ERP and Accounting solutions.

SAGE IS EASY TO USE, YOU CAN FIND MASTER WEB CLASSES TO LEARN HOW TO KEEP CLIENTS. THE MORE ORGANIZED YOU ARE THE BETTER FOR YOUR BUSINESS. THIS ALSO SHOWS THE HOSRY OF INVOICES SO YOU CAN ALWAYS BE ON TRACK WITH THEM.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAGE CAN BE QUITE PRICY- THE BEST OPTION IS TO PURCHASE WITH DISCOUNTS. SAGE OFFERS DEALS. THE DEALS ARE HARD TO FIND SO IT WOULD BE BEST TO UPDATE THE DEALS TO THE FRONT PAGE OF SAGE AS SOON AS YOU LOGIN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAGE IS HELPING ME PROCESS INVOICES A LOT QUICKER THAN USUAL. WE USE TO USE PAPERSAVE AND THIS WAS NOT EASY TO NAVIGATE. SAGE IS ALSO LINKED TO PAPERSAVE SO IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT YOU CAN SEE PREVIOUS HISTORY.
User friendly and easy to use accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
The flow of entries and Reporting of accounts is the best part of Intacct as we can easily integrate Intacct with multiple software and the entry gets posted to the desired account based on the mapping done in the backend. The best part is, that we can even pull the reports for a particular GL account, check the entries, and make changes wherever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment application is one thing that needs to be improved as there are a lot of sync errors that I am experiencing. The few errors I got were the payment made in another platform was synced to Intacct but later when the same was voided, the reversal didn't get synced, and the partial payment made will also not get synced to Intacct. It's double work for us to reapply the payment in Intacct again. So I feel Intacct should work on the payment application process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is the platform where I can store all the accounting data in one place. We can create multiple entities under one business account and later split the data accordingly. We can even see the consolidated financials at the top level. Intacct allows us to create the vendor at the top level and process the invoices at the entity level. We are using multiple platforms for processing vendor invoices and creating invoices for our customers, but all the data that is processed in other platforms will easily get synchronized to Intacct. Even more best part is, that when the employees submit their expense reports in the expense management platform, that data will also get synced to intacct once the manager approves the same. Overall I can say data is perfectly synced from different software to Intacct.
Later, the data that is synced gets passed as entries in Ledger based on the mapping done in the backend. We can make any changes to the data unless the payment is applied because once the payment is applied, the only option is to reclassify the entries in the ledger and not in the bill copy.
Finally, most of my reporting is automated as Intacct provides us with the data based on what is required. So not worry about spending more time on reporting as everything is readily available.

Should be easier to operate, It should have provided more options.

The problem with foreign currency bills is solved we can easily process that here.
My experience in sage intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is an ERP System. we are using this application for processing multi-currency bills and PO bills this is helpful for us to process the same while it reduces time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we made any partial payment it will show as fully paid when we sync the same with another software and navigation can be improved and it will be more helpful for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we were using a different ERP application we had many issues with that but we started using Sage Intacct and because of which all the issues are sorted out.

It provides great support to the user, as it is very simple to use. We can analyze the data easily and efficiently. It summarizes the data in details and summarised way, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if we get a proper user mannual to navigate to different activities

There was a problem with our ERP application, so when we started using Sage Intacct it solved the problems we were facing such as syncing from our application which we are using
My Experience of Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
As an ERP software, it is most helpful in accessing and processing the bills and Purchase orders at one place and it will also help us in maintaining all the records. It will also support sync with our Bill processing application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is a little confusing with many options to be used, so if we could get a friendly user interface with more user engagement it would be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having an issue with our ERP application but once we started using Intacct it solved all the problems, such as proper syncing from our Bill processing application to Intacct is a great help.
