User Friendly and best software
What do you like best about the product?
Custom Reports, Customization, easy to work and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Out put of excel report will get downloaded in differnt formats. Intacct need to work with third parties Integration.

Business Accouting and providing management reports

We cannot unapply the credit memo which is already applied.

It eliminates human data updation and complex spreadsheets by automating financial operations, hence it resolves the issue of manual error.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud ERP on Subscription model (monthly billing), need not incur huge capital costs. Eay to use. Continuosuly evolving. Reporting customizations feasible. Modular & Closely integrated. Can be integrated with multiple applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Time taken to resolve product issues is one of the major concern. Support is good but resolutions are could be faster, to meet client emergencies. More industry requirements can be upgraded to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract and Project management and Revenue recognition is very robust with multiple options to the user. Can take informed decisions based on the contract/project insights.
Intacct has been a user friendly application allowing us to provide FaaS with high quality

Help Center makes Intacct's best feature providing details on every module, permissions and its nuances.
This makes the administrator's job easy as the Help center stores information in once place.
Community is yet another feature that helps us be current on the issues and the work arounds to resolve them.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time taken by the engineering team to fix issues which are at the back end, is too long. This really needs to be looked at. Because most of the time, looking at the issue itself will take weeks together.

Book Keeping which is very outdated and not recommended
Automation of most of the cumbersome activities like Vendor upload, Master data upload, JE upload.
Processing Multi-Currency invoices & creation of varied invoice templates as per Client's requirement, Revenue management.
Reporting is also a very good feature.

It has a very gentle and user-friendly interface without any difficulties finding what you need.

Complex approval requirements for Master Data is not available yet.
Integrations are sometimes difficult due to the web service developer licenses etc.

What do you like best about the product?
easy navigation, quick support, advance modules, weekly call with partners, revenue recognition process as per ASC 606/IFRS15, API easeness, Sage university, Help instructions.

Fixed Asset module need to be taken care and Inventory

Sage intacct provides vast instruction in the page which you need support with illustrations, and Sage university
I have 2 years of experience in Intacct and work as admin in Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy and hand and friendly product and is not as complicated as the other applications like SAP. This is should be recommended to many.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still needs to improvise in few of the areas like smart rules and smart events so that we dont have to keep created them for every requirement.

There are a few issues that are resolved by Intacct like we can subscribe any module easily without getting confused and its venry easy and friendly applications
User Friendly and quick navigation
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most user-friendly tool I have ever used. Unlike other tools, Sage Intacct is too quick while navigating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Faced a few issues during Salesforce integration but it is fine and ignorable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided the opportunity to integrate lot of tools for Automated accounting system like Salesforce integration for Revenue, various Payroll software for Payroll accounting, Credit card portal integration for timely accounting of Employee expenses.
