Best Software for extracting financial reports and end to end Vendor Management.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiest presentation of Reports that is readable by a new user and makes data management easy for us. I am using this for the analysis of financial reports. The Vendor Mapping upload/Mass upload are the favourite option to do the bulk changes in the existing records for AP-Vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing much as of now but yes the improvement scope is there in some of the reports as there is an AP Vendor Metrics Report that does not give accurate dates for modification of the vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Intacct to do the bulk changes in the vendor Mapping on a regular basis, saves huge time to make the changes in critical fields and vendor Mapping for all vendors in one go. I do the Vendor aging analysis on a daily basis easily before initiating the payments.
Difficult to onboard but good to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The dimensions are a great feature that helps us report in detail that was not capable with other softwares. It is also quite easy to set up recurring entries, invoices, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation team was terrible. They are essentially no help so you have to do everything yourself with very little guidance. Also, the community has a lot of great ideas that are never implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Difficult reporting. I need to report in a variety of ways including various levels of detail. Sage is able to accomodate this through the multiple dimensions that are offered.
Useful tool but lacks intuitive features and powerful add ons offered by competitors
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Intacct is the ability to consolidate multi-entity reporting structures within the software. It is easy to create customers, vendors, and projects in Sage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to run useful reports, and does not have FP&A plug-ins that could be helpful for finance departments. The platform also does not offer AP solutions to allow invoices to be processed directly in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct enables my Company create reporting packages which drive our monthly close and FP&A process. The raw financial information that we are able to derive from Intacct is able to be reformatted for management reporting.

User friendly and provides mutliple reports. Easy to train others. reconciliatons made easy

We can search anything easily, and all kind of reports can be prepared and customized too

We create vendor in Intacct and also check for may reports, in this Sage Intacct help us to get the reports and with that benefit we can find the existing vendor,new vendor more details about the coding.

What do you like best about the product?

Uploading templates are little difficult. Team, can work on this.

Excellent Tool - Working on Intacct as end user
What do you like best about the product?
From the past 2.4 years working on this tool. This is a very useful and convenient tool. A few things I liked -
1. Custom fields can be added
2. It can be linked to any other tools like Bill.com, Ramp, Nexonia
3. Interface is very good

If this tool can be used as payment gateway, it will be nice.

1. Especially it's helping me to get a perfect report like AP Vendor Metrix

Decent program could be more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program is cloud based and can be accessed from any computer and the modern feel of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how completely different the format is from the old programs. Some of the reports aren't easy to access.

They fixed the issue for working remotely and created a cloud based program.

Sage Intacct is best application that integrates perfectly with all tools, data gets updated accurately without any hiccups, reports get generated efficiently & financials are recorded without challenges.

it can be more user friendly. payment/CM's cannot be edited once applied
