Good tool for book keeping and interacting reports for small and mid organization
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and can learn the tool with minimum guidance because many of the instructions and guidelines are accessible on the home page. Also, the reports are very much customizable as per the requirement of the org. Lastly, linking of the other tools like SFDC, Nexonia, Expensify, etc. so, it is flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few instances in which Intacct takes more time to run the large reports and is sometimes not responsive. PO module has some limitations when we get into deeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our customers is using Expensify and it is being integrated with Intacct hence manual intervention is avoided. For every activity we have template-based upload in Intacct so it is helping me in my daily routine.

Not the most functional for maintaining accounting for complex structures

I think I can say that I dislike nothing in Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct automates repetitive financial tasks, integrates with other platforms for seamless data flow, and offers real-time analytics. Benefits include time-saving, improved data accuracy, and better decision-making.
Best accounting platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's not laggy as QuickBooks and it has ton of integrations with major softwares
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult is to edit manual payments. I'd like that the process to be easier.

Management of big clients with multiple locations, employees, and a variety of dimensions we require to fill.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to find things and especially like GL features and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of updates and then Sage Intacct does not really work the same. For example - when I download reports it used to go on bottom of screen now goes directly to my Downlaod Icon on top right-hand side of screen. Sometimes one may miss the downlaod was created.

Creating detailed and accurate financials and we are able to create different books that contact differnt information such as Tax and local currency financials

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is available in just one click. Reports are easy to read and navigating the program is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much I can say about disliking the program. I will update when I run into an issue.

Intacct is very intuitive and user friendly. Very easy to set up and quickly get going on reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bank reconciliations can get a bit convoluted with the auto matching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good prepaid module and fixed assets module. Easy amortization with a click of a button. We are much more productive.
It has simplified our business and made life super easy.

It has saved our company a ton of time. Tasks that used to take me hours, now only take up to thirty minutes. It frees up so much time and allows me to accomplish so much more in my workday.

Sometimes it can be a little difficult to navigate in and out. I will have to take some of the blame though, since it is such a new system I'm sure that part of it is me not knowing enough yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage helps by being able to see all my entities at once, instead of having to log in and out of each one individually. Having that one space I can go into and make entries for every company we have is amazing.
