Intacct is a very user friendly program.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a lot quicker to do my accounting processes in Intacct vs. the old system we used
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one feature on pay bills that wants to deduct the credits from the payment, but we have learned to watch out for that and always pay attention the check is being cut for the correct amount
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It isn't really helping me solve anything, but it does speed up the time it takes for me to input & process payments
User Friendly, Great Inerface
What do you like best about the product?
It is very versitile and can handle multiple entities, currencies and large amounts of data. It is the best software I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prepaids module is cumbersome and complex.

It is the accounting ERP system. IT is fast and reliable
Sage Intact - Top-of-the-line accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
By using Sage intact, Transactions and bill processing are recorded easily, quickly, accurately and efficiently in an easy-to-use format. Bills/Invoices can be processed without missing any information. The paperless recording and maintenance of finance data makes it easy to keep track of invoices electronically with a digital time frame. As a result of Sage Intacct, we have been able to streamline our financial processes from billing to budgeting, and we have had an exceptional experience with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when a technical glitch interrupts our work in sage intact, which provides us with a blank page and prevents us from saving the action whatever we completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sage, we are able to detect duplicate invoices, based on their invoice number, vendor name, and vendor code, which prevents us from registering duplicate invoices with the same vendor. Additionally, Sage helps us create vendors and add mappings for all required GL codes related to the service of the vendor, so we can keep track of all natures of services provided by the vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user frienfly and easy to pick up

Sometimes it is under maintenance for way too long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and organization
Sage is great for dimensional reporting but lacks in areas.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track transactions by dimmension is the best quality. It adds to expense analysis and locational reporting that are not easily produced in other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restrictions between the top level and entity levels makes setting up a new entity incredibly difficult as you have to duplicate work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage multiple entites and have consolidated reporting needs. Sage does a good job at this for the most part, but I would like to be able to manage diminsions easier.
Smooth, Simple, & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is smooth and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help screen was a bit circular/not useful at the beginning, but I learned how to use it more precisely as time went on.

Easily the easiest expense platform I have ever used. Everything is displayed and organized right in front of you to fill out and submit!
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding attachments they should show in the main page which files have already been attached

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting that is available. It is a lot easier to keep track of invoicing and P&L's
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit applies to invoices when paying bills is not exactly easy and often misapplies credit to wrong invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting. Our old system did not have good reporting tools and Sage Intacct does.
It is easy to use and access past invoices.
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is easy to use. It gives me the ability to quickly enter purchase orders. It is easy to find past purchase orders that have been submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The General Ledger is sometimes difficult to find line items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to enter company purchases to monitor all company expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Ive been using it for a couple of months know, and its very user friendly and easy to navigte...everything is right at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issue with the two step verification that takes some time to work out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has streamlined our expenses in one area instead of having to submit spreadsheets every week.
