What do you like best about the product?
It has made the month end review process a lot easier than before
What do you dislike about the product?
fx revalution at month end which needs to be journaled in rather than automatic posting.
Inability to use non GBP bank account (JPY) to pay non GBP invoices (EUR).

Efficient capture of transactions and review
User Friendly + Contains Many Useful Functions
What do you like best about the product?
it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. the functions works well with my postion's tasks. I enjoy the layout (functionally and visually), as well as the ability to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
downsides are that it logs you out fairly quickly, but that is adjustable. other than that, nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a way to track our spending and receivable money. a way to edit and review things with ease.
All in one integrated system.
What do you like best about the product?
We are a multi- entity organization. Real time insights across multi- entities are a “must”. Sage Premier provides an easy Bank reconciliation process. Reporting and Dashboards have awesome features. Also, we have streamlined payment processing. And another amazing module is the Integrated Fixed Assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things regarding the Bank reconciliation that makes the transactions import impossible directly from our bank account. Also, few things on the Fixed Asset module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently transitioned to AssetEdge (fixed assets). Implementation was somehow a smooth process. There are few things that need some improvements but overall, its an easy process. Reporting is great. It provides us with more clarity and flexibility when doing our analyses. The dashboard very friendly for other departments (not accounting), across the organization.

The interface is very friendly and easy to use.

The bank rec at times as cannot allocate bank items collectively

It is a much newer system and has some very advanced and also simple reporting to analyse the numbers.

Its user friendly and easy to use. The customised reporting feature helps a lot to take informative business decisions.

The implementation of software is little challeging for first time users

it facilitate getting budget owner approvals withing the software there by off setting the need to resort to other type of software like bill.com etc
Powerful Tool, Somewhat Difficult to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a ton of functionality. Once everything was up and running, it fit pretty smoothly into our Sales process. Sage Intacct significantly reduced the manual work required by Accounting/ Finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was a little overwhelming. There is much to consider, not an easy task. Even with a consultant we ran into a number of issues that we ultimately had to reach out to Support for help on. The biggest pain, however, was updating historical information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving the disconnect between Sales and Finance. Since we've integrated Intacct with Salesforce, it has been much easier to identify discrepancies and abnormalities regarding bookings numbers.
This is great program and is very clear and orginized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very clear and it helps the business ensure that everything is smooth and sailing.

It helps us keep track hom much money is coming in and out and is always accurate!!!! when we are unsure of something we just go check it out on intact and we can figure it out!
A great advancement to Sage 50
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of the features are significantly more advanced that the previous Sage 50, which makes day-to-day usage, including scheduling, reports and switching between entities a lot easier and smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a relatively new capability so we have experienced quite a few issues; the resolution to which has sometimes been slow and unknown. Advancements in reporting in particular would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier and simpler scheduling, reporting and the ability to switch between entities without having to log out and back in has been very useful for the organisation.

Not having icons to click for easier access like SageOne

Integration of all our needs in one system. AR and AP, Purchasing and reporting all in one. Bank feeds make bank reconciliation quicker and easir.
