Intuitive and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Easy to learn the system and pull the information that I need. Report creator is a very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
PTO leave management is not very robust. And many of the customizations to the system I would like usually require me to sign up for additional modules, meaning more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pricing for small business such as mine is very competitive and it's easy to use for employees and admins like me.

What do you like best about the product?
design choice, entity - top level drill down, custom report capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
In -application search feature is not very helpful at finding specific sections/subheadings of a module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our clients, reporting and overall automation are key benefits I always hear.
I really enjoy this program.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use Intacct. It is very self explanatory and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it logs me out very quickly.

It has helped with keeping everything together in one place. It also helps us be paperless.
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is simple and straightforward. I've been using Intacct for over ten years, and during that time I've used other systems including Great Plains, Netsuite, Quickbooks, SAP; none have been as simple to use as Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to more easily edit multiple (but not all) memo lines on large journal entries. Also, some of the default formatting on excel exports could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deferred revenue is something that has been an issue with other systems; Intacct handles that with relative ease. Also, all of our external system integrations such as Salesforce, Coupa, Quickbase work very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy the platform is to use. It is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more intuitive to set up reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use invoice tracking.
An accessible platform that can make work a lot more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The journal and invoice entries are easily accessbile and straight-forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus and features can be difficult to find. The learning curve can be challenging at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps a lot with making sure there are not any duplicate invoices and journal entries being entered.

What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base features. If I dont know how to do something it is so helpfully I can ask a question and find anwers onsite
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can not select a list of unpaid invoices and notate fully paid and on what date and then create a deposit. It would help with manual posting and doing one at a time

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is easy and self-explanatory to use. As a new user to the system and software, I rarely need help from others to find the reports or transactions that I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Intacct is easy and self-explanatory to use and I rarely need help from others to find the reports or transactions that I am looking for, I cannot think of one thing that I dislike about Intacct right away!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good tool for book keeping and tracking our monthly revenue. Intacct is easy and self-explanatory to use so it benefits the team very much. Saves time for the month end close process as well.

Ease of use and navigation within the system. Intacct is very forgiving and allows you easily research questions and make any corrections,
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any system, some limitations do not meet every need. The nice thing about Intacct is that the custom reports and backend reporting help you get to where you need to be or at least close.

Upgrading from Sage 100 to improve processed through automation.

There is a limited knowledge base on sage Intacct. I prefer self-learning and would love to see a knowledge base for this system.
