Very smooth User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I'm currently testing the website while we are integrated Sage into our software and so far I LOVE how easily it works!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, anything that has been tested by us with the integration seems to work great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently testing the integration of Sage with our software (AccuLynx) and so far it's been great.

nagivating system is very easy. AP module is easy to use.

Some new reports need to be added to make like easier.

Sage Intacct is helping in doing business accurately by managing AP invoices and running necessary reports.
Outstanding ERP System
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has to be one of the best ERP systems I have come across. It gives small/Medium enterprise the flexibility and customizability of a larger ERP system like SAP, without the cost and complexity. Definetley the future of ERP systems. Would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes about Sage Intacct. A desktop version of the system down the line may be useful, leveraging off the internal hardware processing power as opposed to being web based which can sometimes be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and resource management is a massively useful function. The divisional setup we have implemented has allowed traditionally non finance staff (HoD's) to use the system with relative ease and gives them a real time view of project, billing and AR info.
An incredible, exceptional and powerful financial management solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct for its comprehensive reporting capabilities. Its intuitive design makes it easy to access key data within the programme quickly and efficiently, even without prior training or experience. The visually appealing interface is an added bonus, allowing users to focus on the more meaningful aspects of their work rather than trying to interpret information from a cumbersome report. Thanks to this intelligent platform management system, our department managers now have direct visual insight into relevant figures and are always up to date with any changes in activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of aesthetics and design in Sage Intacct disappointing. The pages are plain, almost sterile looking; not conducive to increased productivity or creativity. In addition, some modules, such as payment processing, can take an inordinate amount of time to load, which is a major hindrance when trying to get work done quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct saves me time by eliminating the need to manually enter invoices into my system. The ability to upload supplier IDs via file also makes it easier and faster for us, which has significantly improved our overall efficiency.

Easy to make reports. love the options that are available

I cant think of anything that I dislike, sorry

Reports I need to make for my Manager are easy to generate. I can also see if there was posting errors that need fixing.

I like how easy it is to use. I hardly had any training before implementing Intacct, but I could figure most stuff out independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered a downside yet but I only use the Accounts Payable module.

There are not nearly as many steps as other AP systems I've used.

All resources are provided to effective run a program. The primary role of the program is to engage and run the financial and all resources of a grant in one single program
What do you dislike about the product?
All stages are good. I have not been working with the training yet, but the process seems easy to follow. Sage will increase the effectiveness of the program and grants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Non-profit organization, consolidation and accounting resources to easy follow. Requesting a payment or checks for all current grants and vendors. Protecting the confidentiality of all payments.

Some limitations for more complex reporting formulas require me to put the report in Excel for final touches.

being able to recall timesheets to fix errors made.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when saving time sheets, when opening the web app again it did not correctly save all the times that i had previously recorded
