ITS AN ON LINE SYSTEM . VERY USER FRIENDLY

Its fast, still can be tailor made to suit a specific user

can only work well with fast internet services .

Sage is great !
What do you like best about the product?
The organization aspect; everything is easy to sort and track. The user interface is very simple to use. I was able to pick up the program with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive enough. I constantly have to fill out the same tabs and it would be nice if they auto populated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to enter and track POs and orders from vendors. Our accounting department is out of state so it allows us a great reference, everything being in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love easy it is to navigate through the system. The site is user friendly, easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that i can say is a down fall for the site. The site is the best thus far.

We have not had much issues with the system so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the time card replication feature is super helpful, saves me a lot of time.

I wish there was better integration with my cell phone, maybe I'm missing that feature though on my end.

It's making my time card much easier to track, and it's much more intuitive. This saves me a lot of my time on the clock!
Great first experience
What do you like best about the product?
As a newer user, I found everything logically laid out and the interface easy to navigate. Nothing is difficult to find, and I rarely have to browse community sites to figure out how to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the limitation on number of rows that can be used when applying large, detailed payments or when exporting lists of open invoices. This won't be a problem for the vast majority of Intacct users, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sage Intacct to process all accounts receivable, accounts payable, and all other general accounting functions including journal entries with flexible reversing options.
The best accounting ERP system for your business
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the ability to drill down into real-time financial analysis and budgeting. Sage Intacct gives you unparalleled insight so you can make proactive decisions faster than ever before. You can view revenues and expenses by month or quarter; analyse variances between projected and actual performance with graphical representations for easy comparisons; create custom dashboards of key indicators such as accounts receivable versus sales orders, different types of activity related numbers that are continuously monitored along with many other available metrics within the system all provide amazing capabilities that bring a business closer to being 'fully informed' at every decision point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that the project and task columns in Sage Intacct are so limited. With no means of expanding them, all names are truncated at a certain length and become difficult to differentiate when they start with similar titles. The same problem exists with the Tasks column, making it difficult for me to interpret the data efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to facilitate financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. I've found the reconciliation module to be particularly helpful; it has enabled me to streamline my financial operations in a shorter period of time.
Wonderful and flexible cloud based accounting solution
What do you like best about the product?
Sage's strength is its ease of use. Modules and applications are laid out logically, and the ability to customize workflows or create new workflows and reports based on company needs is fantastic. Couple that with the best online support documentation that I have seen, and you could competently build or rebuild an instance of Sage with just the written online documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
What can be frustrating about Sage is the complexity of custom reports. While the options for custom report creation are almost endless, the dizzying amount of options also makes custom reports tedious and challenging to generate. Creating an additional layer in custom reports with streamlined options for quick report creation while leaving the detailed option that currently exists would be an improvement to Sage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Sage is a flexible cloud-based solution. Sage provides many options for how data can be labeled and stored. These options give the user multiple ways to pull reports and data from different angles to help make the best analysis possible. Our company is spread out and operates many small locations so the cloud-based system allows access to the system anywhere there is interet.
A very convenient book keeping software for accountants
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, easy to understand, and since it is a cloud-based accounting software, it can be accessed from anywhere in the world. It also duplicates transactions which makes invoicing very convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have any feature to notify multiple vendors of payments made to them- this has to be done manually and gets very time-consuming when there are many vendors. It is also challenging to record discounts received from customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one stop software for all our accounting needs - we can use it for accounts receivables, payables, credit card and bank reconciliations, creating orders and. Sage also ties up with our organization's AP automation software - Yooz.
Good functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Moving from Sage 200 to Intacct there is so much more funcitonality to facilite not just accounting but also deep analysis. The reporting suite is very extensive and you can save reports which you use all the time to reduce the time taken to put them together.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, it seems more confusing to navigate the website compared to Sage 200.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to gain a deeper insight to our business and saves time in generating reports. However, there is no controls over changes to supplier bank details.
Easy to use for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can edit postings after they are posted if the period is still open. Makes it so much easier if something needs tweaked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting formats isnt the easiest to use and modify. No true Positive Pay feature. Not having all transactions for a customer in one place to look unless you run a report.
