Newer to Intacct but the transition has been good.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate, and there are many ways to make the job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I type in the search box, it will refresh and I'll have to start the search over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is just overall helping to make my job more efficient and seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to search and research information in Intacct. I also love how transactions can be edited rather than needing to be voided and completely redone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that when you need to re-issue a check to a new contact, everything needs to be voided and re-done.

Saving time and helping us be more efficient.

i dont like that you have to completely void out a check when you just need to update a vendor ID

It is super easy applying checks to invoices and saves my time

What do you like best about the product?
Very robust software. Great ability to make corrections with ability to reclassify and edit transactions after posting. Use of bank feeds saves time with bank recs. Great overall!

None right now. Been using Intacct for around 6 months so far!

Financial system for a large non-profit with multiple entities and over 5 Finance team users.
Great Product for Middle Market Companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the functionality is and user friendly the interface is. It's rare that I can't figure out how to do something either through trial and error or utilizing their "Help Center" resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints about the software and only a few one-off items here and there that I would categorize as more "nice-to-haves."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is providing a solid, user-friendly accounting software for our team to carry out our responsbilities.
Interface is very easy to follow as a new user.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate through the interface/portal. Easy to follow and run reports in Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
1 - As a manager, inability to have multiple reviewers for the same journal type. For example, suppose the team is big and you have two managers to review. In that case, managers should be able to review the journals under the same journal type without creating multiple journal types and have only 1:1 relationship.

Efficient Platform to book Journal Entries and generate reporting needs
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is an efficient platform to book journal entries and generate reporting needs. I was able to book journal entries seamlessly without any issues and duplicate recurring entries. In addition was to generate reports when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to create custom reports have been the only issue with Intacct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking journal entries efficiently and generating trial balance/financial reports

What do you like best about the product?
Internal chat, attachments within easy to find and clean up. Dynamic allocations will make health and ltd allocations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
the printing of the check stub, the print is so small on it, need to make this larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows for us to do dashboards so coworkers can see data up to date at their fingertips
Company switched to Sage Intacct 5 months ago from Great Plains.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to import and integrate many of our daily and monthly postings. We can share customers and vendors with our other entities. We can also build every kind of report we need and quickly save it to run each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot send invoices with over 30 and 60-day balances. If we could Include past-due amounts on a current invoice would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps us solve entering multiple payables and receivables each day. We can now import excels from our system and efficiently process everything. Our team moves faster with fewer errors.

Sage Intacct is very user friendly and simplifies how to do even some of the hardest accounting transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to build custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has used both quickbooks and great plains in the past which didn't have all the features we needed. Sage intacct is much more user friendly and provides a better platform.
