Experience using Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Transactions can be edited easily
duplication functionality is very helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
Cash book cannot handle 3 ways foreign currency clearance. Have to set up a dummy account to resolve this which is not ideal when Sage 200 can handle it nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchase order processing, online expense claim by connecting to Certify, consolidated accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and learn new features. It makes it easy to find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble locating journal entries within SAGE. When I click on the entry it won't let me see what accounts it was posted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAGE helps with accounting features within the organization and record keeping.
A no-fuss system
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search and identify AR & AP for accounts. I also like the training resources they have available. This makes self-learning more attainable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more custom items available but im sure there is a reason behind the non-custom functions. I also would like to create and save custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving our methods for accounts payable and accounts receiveable with our customers. It also allows our employees to use the information to easily help customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the pages are clear and concise and it does not look antiquated
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could open tabs within Intacct. Clicking on a line item and having to move to a different page each time is frustrating to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SAGE for our client's invoices when they need to see where they stand on their bill. It satisfies our needs well!

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a complete financial solution. Its power comes from its ability to be customized and integrated with marketplace partners (3rd party vendors). It is not a stand-alone accounting system that was ported to the cloud. Instead, it was designed and implemented as a full-featured cloud-based solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct requires SME for configuration and system administration. To take full advantage of Intacct's capabilities and maximize the value to the finance organization, a FinTech role is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct's multi-entity approach allowed a consistent accounting model to be deployed across 150+ entities. The ability to roll up financial analysis provided leadership with insights to improve their understanding of their business and make better decisions.
This is the most user-friendly accounting software I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
How well it is organized. So easy to find information. I like that you can customize reports. Customer service is excellent. Sage Intacct is current and works with other systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't fully understand what to enter at entity level vs top level. It could be that I need more training. I would also like to see how a check would print in the view feature rather than just the edit feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of entering accounting data and quickly seeing results in reporting. I love that I can change a gl account right in the entry without having to void the last and reentering. The best!

User friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Intacct is very user-friendly for clients and accountants. There is only one view to learn instead of an accountant and business view. That way teaching new clients how to use it is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many application tabs, sometimes I lose track of where things are located. Using the favorites option has helped with this dislike though.

Run reports, bank reconciliations, AP , AR, and creating journal entries
Customizable and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Intacct! This software was so easy for me to learn. It is easy to navigate for a beginner, but also has excellent enhancements! Intacct is customizable to fit the complex needs of almost any client!
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct does have a few quirks that can be difficult to maneuver around. One example being invoice date/check date issues. It can be picky and sometimes requires manual workarounds to satisfy the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is great at multi-level reporting for clients who have multiple entities. It is easy to learn which is great for public accounting when often times there is high turnover of staff.
