Sage Intacct is very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to learn to use & easy interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! I haven't come across issues as of yet.

Helps keep our bookkeeping in order!
Succinct and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Things are relatively easy to find via the applications menu. Once I learn a new pathway and see it performed once or twice, I can replicate very easily. Less complex than SAP
What do you dislike about the product?
You're not able to open up secondary windows by right-clicking and open in a new tab. YOu have to create a new tab or new window and go to the location you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sage to close our books on a monthly basis. It has decent connectivity with ServiceTitan, but the process is still clunky. It has been tough to report monthly financials in a timely manor.
Excellent overall view of company's financial and operational health
What do you like best about the product?
The report system where non-financial data can be ingested into sage with subsequent creation of operational dashboards including goals/budgets, variances from goals/budget, and variance from prior periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a bear to implement, however, I feel like we wasted alot of money on a consultant that knew little more about the system than we did. I would have rather had the option to not use a consultant at all for implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to load non-financial key operating data to produce operational dashboards combining finance, operations, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality measures results.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigating Intacct is simple, and one feature I like is that you are able to adjust and customize reports
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit outdated-looking, and uploading JE needs to be in a particular format. When an error occurs, you must go back and figure out where it is in the template. The mechanics can be better when editing JE, like adding or deleting lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Intacct for accounting; it helps us record accurately, helps with reconciling accounts, and create financial reports.
Great software and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The recurring journals, the edit function on journals is very useful. The upload function via csv is also very useful in saving time.

There are some functions in Sage 200 which have been removed in Sage Intacct.

Sage Intaact is helping us keep track of data and quick data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly platform, easy connection to other apps such as Concur, simple to export information into/from Excel, Sage University courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates tend to be implemented and then reverted - It may be easier to launch to a select group w/ feedback.

Intacct integration with other systems - specifically Concur.

Very user friendly, intuitive, and simple to use accounting software.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very user friendly and easy to learn. I love the reporting features of Intacct as well as the functionality to click into line items when looking at P&Ls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage intacct doesn't integrate with one of the banks we use. Import templates for budgets and journal entries can be a bit tricky to learn. When refreshing pages on reporting and journal entries the page will often go back to the beginning instead of returning to where you were before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct helps us generate reports that are useful to management. It is very easy to write reports and get historical information on the fly. Intacct also allows us to easily look into P&L items and see attachements.
Sage Intacct is a great, reliable system with user-friendly applications and tools.
What do you like best about the product?
It's not overly complicated and provides an excellent layout for the user to understand and navigate. You can do imports, templates, etc., with the help you need readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are more difficult to manage when working with templates and imports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve reconciliation issues and simplifies our budgeting and financial packaging facets. It has improved and streamlined these processes and more within our business.
Love the system
What do you like best about the product?
I like the duplicate button. You do not always have to enter the same informtion twice.

It takes too long to set up. i wish the system includes classes.
