QB Accountant to Sage Intacct??
What do you like best about the product?
Similar process system as QB Premier Desktop for Accountants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The essential user customization preferences such as Accessibility options, are obsolete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
multi-entity locations and departments reporting
Easy to use but costly
What do you like best about the product?
Still like the customizable reports, one-off billing schedules are easy to adjust
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it recognizes deferred revenue is not correct, it posts an entry to deferred revenue when a sales is created not when it is billed. It offsets on the balance sheet eventually but adds more work for your year end clean up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global consolidation is helpful, the rest is the same as the majority of other ERPs out there.
Easy Access
What do you like best about the product?
Sage makes it easy to access everything I need to do daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage has a lot of different sub-titles that can get overwhelming if you don't know what you're doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to get to what I need with the star feature.
Transition from QB to Sage has had ups and downs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to clearly define the separation of duties. In a small organization, we must be able to have those checks and balances in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When transitioning from a software such as QuickBooks online, there is a bit of a learning curve. The customer service portion of Intacct could be better in helping with smaller issues that arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the review and sign off of journal entries and other entries prior to posting. It helps ensure that the data is accurate and that there is more than one person in the review process.
Streamlined Accounting Software with Pros and Cons
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct provides comprehensive tools for managing AP, AR, GL cash management, and financial reporting. Real-time visibility into financial data enables informed decision-making and streamlined financial processes.
It's great that I can creace customizable dashboards and pre-built reports. gain valuable insights into their financial performance. It's great that we can integrate with otherapplications. Intacct helps eliminating manual entry, and enhances my efficiency and productivity. I also like how there's a segregation of duties.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit intimidating at first using the software. There are also some glitches with application intergration. Sometimes data has been known to fall off. The cusotmer srvice isn't always helpful. They either don't understand or can't help out with the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do al lof our accounting through Sage. It's very streamlines and efficient overall. It minimizing the need for manual data entry by integrating with other systems and applications, it streamlines data flow, reducing the chances of errors and ensuring accurate financial data. This automation saves time and allows us to focus on more value-added tasks.

It is easy to use, friendly, and beneficial when you have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have three years using Intacct, and until the moment, I do not have any complaint

Pleasant user interface along with capabilities to handle the most demanding GL structures
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Everything seems to work very well.

Unifying our existing business together
Very intuitive and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. We were able to successful close out books and report on Sage Intacct very quickly after the completion of our implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not find the customer support very good. We just get help articles sent to us, which often do not resolve our issue. It is very difficult to speak to a live person unless you buy the upgraded support, which we cannot afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly report our numbers and drill down on a transactional level. Most importantly, however, it solves the segregation of duties issues that existed when we were on Quickbooks.
Amazing experience using sage
What do you like best about the product?
This system has been great in tracking project deliverable among team and the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Logo and the name of the company should not be replicated side by side.

Resource management and Time tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The reports and website feel modifiable and adjustable to individualize for the user and to the format and data to meet your requirements. You can change menu's, favorites, order of data, etc. And the reports can organized and created in the website interface without having to open a code-based platform to program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the privileges are frustrating to work through. Gaining access to some data sets can be difficult. Meanwhile, restricting views from others is also inefficient. I don't want to see other users' personalized reports, and I don't want them to see mine. But when we inquired about this with Sage, they said they didn't have a current system to accommodate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is under continual development. Sage is constantly rolling out progressed versions and software. If we have a personal request of feature we would like, Sage works directly with us to add or implement.
