its a great accounting and asset management software.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes accounting easy and reports in one click

sometimes it doesn't do the most basic thing

It makes reports in an easy way and Dashboards.

User-friendly and easy to navigate, and easy to figure out.

Sometimes the reports are prolonged to download.

Bank reconciliations were made easier, and an audit trail to see who posted what and modified what entries.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Global search of transactions is not ideal. They discontinued supporting interface with Wells Fargo payment manager, and their alternative solution does not work for us.

Consolidation of multiple entities, and multiple currencies.
Amazing and Simple SYstem
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and simple help from customer service. The system is easy to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration of other systems in Sage Intacct fails. But customer service is very helpful to correct these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to keep all my bookkeeping simple and easy to use.

I like how easy to use it is and the layout of the platform is great.

Nothing thus far, everything has been easy to learn

It is allowing us to close multiple entities and review all very quickly
Best Accounting Software I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
The P&L Live Reports are great and easy to access the information shown on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have discovered that I have not been able to do is create a payment term that is specific to one of my vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my position I dont have any problems within my company that Sage helps me with but I'm sure there are some things that helps our regional accounting team as we have a big company.

What do you like best about the product?
The duplicate journal entry function is super helpful. Way better than prior accounting systems I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to open multiple tabs for a single entity is sometimes annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great accounting software for tracking multiple entities within a single organization.
Sage changes layout often which is hard to keep up with, but the website looks nice.

The simple design, and it is easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about Sage Intacct is that it locks invoices after they're paid, so they can't be edited.

Reporting, creating and paying invoices

The interface is user-friendly and easy to train others with.

A credit entered into AR does not flow over to AP. You have to make adjustments on both sides.

Simple to Learn yet Detailed in Operating
What do you like best about the product?
Training for Sage Intacct was a very simple process. The labeling of areas and setup of the system makes navigating easy and I like being able to edit my user layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you named the system Sage Intacct because other systems already use the name "Sage," and Intacct is misspelled, so autocorrect always catches it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps me reconcile our accounts quickly and efficiently by providing report setups that make our process more efficient.
