Wonderful Accounting Software! Highly Recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
We have over 170 entities and used to use QuickBooks; Imagine keeping up with that many passwords! We LOVE the intercompany feature (it saves us so much time) and the fact that we can have all companies under one login. We also love that we can bring our bank feeds in, making bank reconciliations easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only feature that I don't care for is the credit card feature. You can't simply import the transactions and book the bill as paid; you have to import, do a charge pay off, "reconcile" the credit card and then pay. Way too many steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us save a ton of time. As previously mentioned, we used to use QuickBooks and anytime we had intercompany transactions, we would have to log out of one and into another company to get both sides booked. We do not have to do that anymore so it saves a lot of time and not nearly as much time reconciling accounts.
Innovative and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect to multiple other applications through integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consistency on shortcut usage across all screens. Some do not work on all screens. For instance, the ability to just enter T in a date filled, puts today's date. This doesn't work everywhere and actually doesn't work on the same screen in two different fields on ht void check screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to get my month-end close doen timely and provide accuarte reporting to management
A Nice System to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I've rarely had an issue with Sage Intacct. I do like the ease of use and the ease of training, especially coming from other competitors. I like how easy it is to manage AR.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Intacct is that it can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had too many problems with Intacct. I do know that the rest of the team expresses frustration with how slow it can be sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track my teams' time cards & expenses from a larger perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumping into the individual job expense codes can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking margins has been helpful when we close out certain jobs to analyze the financials.

What do you like best about the product?
The online platform, searchability of transactions, and sync features to other accounting service providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are sometimes challenging to create or re-format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps us with reporting requirements and saves us time when filing reports with state and federal agencies.

Lots of reporting options and functionality, plus ability to see detail easily.

Ability to un-reverse reversals, some other kinks in journal entries, keeping separate window open for reports vs JEs

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to drill into underlying data and modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The consolidation module is very manual and takes a long time to run. Wish we could add in consolidation entries.

Invoicing, monthly entries for subscriptions.
Sage Intacct is easy to learn and understand but allows you to do complex things.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sage Intacct is the journal entry features (importing), budgeting features, and dashboard features. This allows you to analyze your financials on a very complex level and make better decisions for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Sage Intacct is great, the customer service portal could be better. Sometimes, I find it a little difficult to get a hold of someone to assist with any issues I may be having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping my company track our financial state in real-time. The software has helped us with decision making at a high and very detailed level. It is great to use!
